Everyone I dealt with at Empire Mortgage was incredibly helpful. Eric is the best; it was my first home buying experience and he demystified the whole process. He kept me informed on documents I would need, paperwork that was going to be sent, any changes to interest rates that were going to affect me, and was available for any questions or concerns I had. Eric and his team were very helpful and I felt confident throughout the whole process that they were looking out for my best interests.

In the process of buying my first home here with Chris and Steve. Very efficient and knowledgeable company that has a lot of experience with the Vegas market. I appreciate this kind of background and expertise when making such a huge life changing decision. Some of the steps I am finding quite stressful, but they have been able to explain everything to me in a way that I understand and in a manner that cultivates a sense of trust. As a single female, I appreciate the help of these men and would recommend them especially to other women buying a home without much support and fear of being financially taken advantage of. James Taylor was recommended to me by my real estate agent and he was a joy to work with during the entire process. I was a first time home buyer at the time and James explained everything to me. If I had extra questions or concerns he always made himself available and I loved how quick he was willing to hop on a Zoom call at any moment. I would definitely recommended this company to other people looking for mortgage assistance.
