We typically choose the Hilton brand (Diamond member) and enjoy Embassy Suites. This was not the case here. The rooms are in need of updating. The tiles in the bathroom are so chipped it looks very dirty and there are few outlets/USB outlets. You can tell some were added but they didn’t charge. There was no blanket for the sofa bed, which is frustrating as you don’t realize it until it’s time to go to bed. But, what really was surprising was that there were NO refreshments at the evening reception. Even right after Covid, there would be bagged chips. You could go to the bar to get a drink, but that was it. That is one of the perks of choosing an Embassy over others. We chose this one for the location but, in spite being close to the airport, there is no shuttle to the airport or strip (was one parked there so there obviously was one at some point). We knew this in advance so the rating is unrelated to this amenity, but it would be a definite perk. When we return to Vegas, we won’t be staying here again.

Very nice, very comfortable rooms and close to LAS Airport. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Stylish but not ritzy, phenomenal breakfast omelet bar, close location to the airport, University, and strip. Lots of parking and the neighborhood felt safe. I want to stay here every time I come to Vegas!

From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, every individual exhibited a remarkable level of friendliness and professionalism. We won't be staying here again. Glad we were able to use points instead of cash. 5 stars to the bar and restaurant, as the nightly bartender and the kitchen staff were outstanding. We'd give 1 star for our room (1027). The carpets had not been vacuumed, as we found fingernail/toenail clippings along with discarded plastic clothing tags. The nightstand were covered in glassware rings. The shower door casing was dirty (how about a little Clorox spray bleach?). The shower door was installed incorrectly, as one needed to climb over the toilet to enter the shower. During our entire stay, the subtle smell of sewage emitting from the shower drain was awful and there was no ventilation to curb the smell. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. There were two inoperable light bulbs, which I unscrewed and placed on counters. The sliding glass door was nearly impossible to open (the bionic man would have struggled with this) and the locking mechanism was broken. Thankfully we were on the 10 floor so we weren't concerned with our safety. I had to contact the front desk for bathroom towels the day before our departure and was told that I needed to call for towels daily if needed. I advised the clerk we hadn't done this the previous two days and still received towels. In summary, this hotel needs a complete remodel and a housekeeping staff that takes pride in their jobs.

Clean rooms. Excellent Staff. Excellent Breakfast, a real added value to the room. Easy parking, great accessibility to the Strip, airport and around town.

The room was one of the nicer ES I've stayed at except for the pillows. Very cheap. Ikea has better pillows. Property is close to the airport, close enough to the strip.Included breakfast served only until 9am and social hour is a joke with very bottom of the barrel drinks and a 2 drink minimum. Snacks were cubed cheese and potato chips. That's all. That suggests that we are only serving it because it's company policy. It doesn't make me feel welcome.The morning grill cooks were great and there was plenty of options.The property is adjacent to a homeless camp which is somewhat unsettling but I didn't experience any issues because of it. The Virgin hotel is walkable, right across the street but one would have to walk through the homeless camp which I wouldn't recommend. I would stay there again but would look for other options first.Rooms: Comfortable rooms but horrible pillowsSafety: No security issues but next to homeless campWalkability: Not the greatest area for walkabiity. Great place off the strip. Great staff. Amazing breakfast. Happy hour was good. Very much so stay there again.. If you prefer to be away from the strip and slot machines, this is the spot to go. Rooms are very quiet as well. Impressed all the way around.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Vegas. I travel for a living and frequently stay in Vegas. I have stayed at many hotels/resorts on the strip but none of them are as quiet and comfortable as this one. The rooms were very quiet and the atmosphere inside the hotel is peaceful, not a big casino lobby like the rest of them. The gym was also very clean and the peloton bike was in great working order, which isn’t always the case. Will be staying here in the future.

I lived everything about our five-night stay here. Staff was responsive, welcoming, on task. Place was spotless. Complimentary breakfast included made-to-order omelettes and more as well as the quickie items for full breakfast. Day, the bartender, was old-school welcoming and fun. Hot tubs could have been warmer, but the dual tubs meant plenty of room for soaking after long day at our event. Will definitely stay here again.

Bad experience and they don’t care. Our ac didn’t work well at all. Had them come “fix it” 3 times. Each time didn’t make any change. Went to the front desk and the manager was extremely rude and they didn’t want to switch us rooms. Finally got them to move us to a room which the ac worked. Room was subpar. Hairs in the bathroom and wasn’t very clean. I wouldn’t stay here again. Noisy too as you hear every single plane that flys by every 30 seconds.

This has always been a good hotel where I stay at and the customer service is always great! The hotel is nice with always a good breakfast cooked up by the chefs. The rooms are ok and a bit dated and needing a remodel, it still ok as a place to stay. Close to good restaurants within walking distance and far enough from the strip to get a Goodnight sleep. Carla at the front desk always does a great job of providing awesome customer service!
