i was recommended to Elite by my insurance company. I had a water leak on two floors of my home. Todd was very thorough in explaining the process to me and my estimate. Ashley the project coordinator was on point in getting the permits done in a timely manner. Our project manager Brian made sure to be there every step of the way and get as great at making sure everything was done on a consist schedule. JRs work was exactly to my standards. I would definitely recommend this company.

This place was recommended by my insurance company to cover our flood. In the middle of this project, we found out we needed to move out-of-state. Therefore, we asked them to add flooring and re-carpeting to our quote. Like a previous review, we found they celebrated their work with beers left inside our cabinets in rooms. The work was so terrible! We had to several walkthroughs to complete the work and go over their lack of craftsmanship before we could put our home on the market. The supervisor, doesn't come to the site to inspect the work. They must hire outside vendors to do the work. When we would do the walkthroughs, the supervisor would say he didn't know since the had been there. Due to waiting for them to fix their mistakes, the house went on the market later than expected.

If you want to get the run around for weeks, hire this place. Always made appointments and never showed up. After being ghosted for the 6th time, i got a refund. If you value your time, don't hire this company.

They got the job done adding in things that did not exist in my house previously that I was not asked about and removing necessary utilities like hot water in the kitchen and heat so now my bills won't be as high!! They even celebrated their hard work by cracking open some beers on the job at my property! They have found a group of the most talented liars to have on staff I have ever excperienced, ELITE if I do so say so myself, and even use UNLICENSED subconstractors to help keep the costs of labor down! They made sure to install the flooring so that it squeaks everywhere you walk in the upstairs so even if someone else is downstairs they know exactly where you last were just incase something bad happens and the flooring is already lifting up so it will be easier to remove the next time I want to redo it! They also painted over all the old caulking so the stairs are uneven-helps test your balance super cool feature and left staples from the abatement company in the wall and painted over them so if I want to staple any papers to my wall the color of the staples already match! They tried to put a lien on my property after being paid in full and refuse to fill out proper documentation stating otherwise and won't stay true to their 6 month warranty just to keep things interesting after a devasting flood! So happy I chose Elite Brothers Construction so I can be scammed, and lied to while homeless due to a disaster then threatened in every way imaginable including subcontractors refusing to leave my property until I signed I was happy with their work!

Their project team was professional and very thorough. Everything was outlined in 2 separate agreements as requested. We are very satisfied with the quality of work. Everything looks amazing now. I will be using them again!!

Very poor quality work. Was consistently blown off by the project manager with constant delays on the work. Once I got on him for the delays they rushed the work to the point where countertops were uneven. Huge lumps under the vinyl floor, the trim on the counter didn't match (after I was reassured that it would match) and the paperwork for completion was sent via email so the project manager didn't even see the completed work or give me a chance to respond. Would look elsewhere for any remodeling needs.

I contacted Elite Brothers Construction to obtain an honest opinion and an estimate regarding the cost of building a casita on my property. Mike arrived to my home with Dennis and they were very professional, punctual, and honest. They were very informative about the process and they provided us with experienced opinions on what would be functional given the size of my property in order to build a casita and or add to my current residence. They were patient with all our questions and offered much needed guidance regarding the process and how to work with the HOA to obtain permits. They have an abundance of knowledge and experiene. I look forward to working with them in pursuing the goal of building a casita.I STRONGLY recommend them; they are humble and approachable. They are not in any way pressuring you to buy their product, they want to serve the client in a caring manner. Thank you Mike and Dennis.Elizabeth E.
