Incredible staff. Attentive, polite, professional. Very, very well run. One of our children travels ninety nights a year and even she was impressed with how wonderful the staff was, the condition of the property, etc. We brought our dogs (baby shower for our niece, I needed something to do,...) and these people were incredibly accommodating. Over the top customer service.Rooms: The rooms are complete with a kitchenette, an excellent mattress, CLEAN, OMG CLEAN, (and remember this is Las Vegas where convenience store floors are their version of clean,) excellent free WIFI - plenty of bandwidth, and updated furniture.Walkability: I brought our dogs. They were accommodated lovingly. Lots and lots of places to walk the dogs in the area.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet is a decent variety, fresh, and well staffed.Noteworthy details: Parking is around the perimeter of the property. You ill be able to park near an entrance/exit to your room.

Extremely disappointed in the management of this location. I had to cancel my reservation but then booked it again within a few hours. I was still charged the cancellation fee even though I rebooked and actually stayed and didn't end up canceling my stay. Unbelievably ridiculous. Don't waste your time staying here. There are MUCH better places. It was extremely noisy in my room from the people above, beds not comfortable, water was scalding hot. Night front desk person was super friendly however.

Stayed a full week for work. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout, especially Amanda! Skip the in-room coffee for the free espresso machine and coffee served with the free breakfast.

I like this little hotel, especially when I end up in one of the renovated rooms. One of my fave things about it is that the pool is salt water! Imagine having that in the desert ? there's a free breakfast, it's actually not that bad. I love the location because I can zip out to wherever I'm going pretty quickly.

Pros:Clean rooms and common areas.Very friendly staff.Free parking.Nice pool with a couple of cabanas.Nice little kitchenette in the room for those staying longer.President Obama stayed here.Nice little breakfast buffet.Loads of options within a 5 mile radius, but need a car.Cons:Truly need a car as there's hardly anything within walking distance.Clean rooms, but the window shades are in disrepair and don't work well.Broken tile in the bathroom.TVs are OLD and not smart. Not even a guide to see the channel lineup. Bring your own stick if you want to want to watch subscription channels. No bar in the hotel and none within walking distance.Would I stay here again? Probably not.

“I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The bed was uncomfortable, and I strongly recommend they consider changing the mattress. Additionally, I found the food to be unsatisfactory. However, one redeeming aspect of my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the staff. Their attentive and friendly approach made a significant difference in my overall experience.”

Checked in. Took a shower, went to dinner and came back to a fire alarm and guests outside and in their cars. I was there for work and just needed to sleep. The local Fire dept had come and gone but the alarm continued on and off, elevators were down. So after 90 minutes they managed to get the siren to stop, a group of us made our way up the stairs. I was on 4th floor. Elevators were working in A.M. when I left. Location is good, lots of good food choices close by.Nearby activities: RedRock Park is close.

I stayed here for two weeks while I was in town for work. I thought the room was great - very clean and spacious enough for a longer term stay. The gym is bigger than I’ve seen at most hotels, with a few cardio and weight lifting machines. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly!

Rooms were pretty clean. If your room faces the 215, it can be slightly more noisy. Good to decent parking, depending on how full the Element is that night. It's super weird that they don't put trash bags in any of the trash cans in the room. Not the bathroom, desk, or kitchen trash, and with having a kitchenette with cooking abilities, it just seems like a hygrnic idea to keep trash bags in the kitchen. The staff were nice. The phone in my room didn't work. The ac worked really well (thank you very much for that!!!). They provided a pretty good looking breakfast, but since I have food allergies, I couldn't eat it, but i would have teied if i could have! Overall, I would stay at the Element again if I needed a good place to stay for a night.Rooms: Well equipped. Good Floorplan.Safety: Safe area of Vegas off the strip

This property is in summerlin, near Redrock and Suncoast casinos. It looks like an office building and very clean. Our room was a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and very comfortable. I know where to stay on our next trip to Vegas.

I’ve stayed here twice in 2 different rooms and the bathrooms have hard water crust around the shower surround, the chrome has been scrubbed off the fixtures, the kitchen faucets were wobbly and in need of tightening, and I fixed a drawer pull with a butter knife because it was so loose. Not your typical element in terms of the rooms but the staff was amazing, as always.

I Just wanted to say a big thank you to Miss Gracie Maverick, she's genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. I invested $5000 and got $46,700 in a week. I only wish I had known about you earlier from the first moment I decided to trade. Nevertheless, I am grateful! contact her via Email:

This place is going down hill fast. If booking less than a week out, most nights you can save money by staying at the 5 star JW Marriott. Or the Wynn. And what do you get for your largesse? The rooms are busted up with the bathrooms in the most disheveled state with paint chipping; stained shower pans and cracked, mouldy caulking. The previous time I stayed here, the hot water was being serviced **in the morning** and they didn't bother to tell guests the night before. And to add insult to injury they double billed me on this trip and don't care. Absolute last time here.Rooms: Rooms are in bad shape. Lots of noise from neighbors. Huge TV with a bad channel selection and if you try to plug in your laptop to use the TV, the TV resets to the informercial channel

Had a great experience. Service was exceptional. I will definitely stay at this location my next trip to Vegas. Happened to run into the manager. She was pleasant and made sure I was enjoying my stay.
