Great service, pricing, and quick delivery. Johnathan is our new rep and he has been awesome. Never more than a text or call away and always responds quick and takes action. Their customer appreciation is out of this world. I was able to go in and pick from a bunch of items for absolutely free as part of their recent customer appreciation effort. Can't say enough good things about them. Johnathan even gave me a chance to meet and shake hands with the management team. All really cool people with good attitudes (you know how some vape reps think they are too cool). Not these guys! They are cool. Highly recommended.

THERE WEBSITE IS A SCAM! THEY CHARGE YOU BUT DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER. I HAVE DONE THIS TWICE AND EVEN RECORDED THE 2ND TIME FOR PROOF. I CALL THEM AND SHE JUST SAY "Ugh, you can wait for a refund but I can't help" ABSOLUTE TRASH COMPANY

Makillia is the best. I have been in the industry for 8 years and she is by far the best rep I have had. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She even lets me know when she is out so someone else can take care of my orders. Company wise: great selection, competitive pricing, fair shipping changes, and fast shipping. My partner and I recently ordered through EightCig, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with the sales rep Vincent. He was amazing to work with and was very patient and helpful when we had a hiccup trying to get our large order to go through. I hope we get to work with him every time! The prices are also amazing, which is important to us as we are starting up our first shop here in Colorado. Place order on September 20th. Order delivered today September 22nd. Local delivery. Contacted by B2B directly to confirm. Delivered before an order shipped email was sent. I was too lazy to drive 40 minutes to pick it up. The local ship option is worth the extra $3. Also the only shop I know that actually stocks prohibition brand eliquid. Been wanting those since I moved from New York 3 years ago. Thanks again for the great experience. Will definitely be shopping with you again.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer texts, email or phone. I stopped doing business with them a couple years ago because they would ignore returns for damaged or defective items. But, a couple months ago, a rep named Hunter called me and asked why I stopped buying from them. When I told him why, he assured me that they had corrected that issue and business would be handled in a professional manner, so I tried them again. You guessed it: no reply to inquiries, emails or texts. This company is a bunch of amateurs. If you are a serious merchant, do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else.

Vape shop owners... Great place to order all of your vape shop products from. They don't have an MOQ so if you are looking for up to date products for a good price check them out. They do sell individual products as well as box quantity and case quantity.

However makilla made it a point to bring me my company back into the fold. The customer service is unparalleled!!! In a retail line of work customer service is 100% key, and I could not have asked for a better rep. Always happy to go above and beyond any expectations to keep a client happy.
