Great experience to say we had dinner it. Price is very high at $25/ea. The service was awesome though and the employee we spoke too was well versed in the history of the tower and the casino, we spoke at length about the construction of each and I really enjoyed the information he shared.
Biggest problem was we bought tickets by one elevator from the QR code on the door before we saw on the opposite door that it was not open until later that evening and we already had plans. The tickets are only good for that day, so we had to rush back across town to squeeze it in before our show that night. Better signage and tickets that don't expire that day would be nice.

Tower is broken cannot go up.
Parking is very bad, and we need to pay $20 Out of pocket every time we go out parking garage.

Update: Not open today due to the elevator being worked on.
Currently down with no indication anywhere. They are on "stand by" and tell you to come check later.

It wasn't what I thought it would be. It's a nice view but after 5 minutes, there's nothing else to see. It wasn't worth the price to me. The safety bars make it challenging to capture a good image. Maybe they could consider a plexiglass or something in a couple of prime spots for photos. They don't open until after 4 or 5 so schedule accordingly.

Extremely poor. Visited around 2pm, was told they didn't open untill 5pm, cool, no prob. Arrived about 8pm only to be told its been closed for days due to a system failure. We already had tickets through a pass. They said to try again in a few days, problem is we leave tomorrow. Had the told us when we first went there we may have been able to cancel our tickets and visit another location. Poor customer service.

Buyer beware; the real money-losing gamble in the Paris casino isn't any of the machines or card tables--it's the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck! And just like any casino, the house staff is in on it. It is one thing to be a fool who purchases these non-refundable tickets without verifying the elevator access is actually working--but in my case, I actually approached one of the staff earlier in the day who assured me access to the deck would begin at 5 PM. And yet, when I returned after 5, there were suddenly signs and cordons around all elevator entrances other than the one to the restaurant. A different employee claimed the signs had been put up "earlier" and offered no specifics as to the nature of the "maintenance" but that it had been broken a while. So I'm out $28, but don't make my mistake! Save your money for the STRAT or better yet, France and the real tower.

Super cool place to visit when you’re in Las Vegas! Obviously this is one of the best views in the city, you can see pretty much everything in any direction. The employees here were super friendly and helpful too, which is always nice. Overall it’s definitely worth the price if you’ve got the time. Can’t recommend giving this place a try!
