I brought in a watch for a new battery because I couldn't get the back off. The owner was so pleasant and helpful. Even thought this brand of watch is difficult to work on, he did it while I waited and the charge was less than I used to pay when living in New York. We had a lovely conversation and he was a gentleman. I'll be bringing any and all jewelry repairs here.

Visited Ed's today to get the batteries in a couple of watches changed. In and out in 10 minutes. The guys were polite and efficient. I know where I'm going in the future to get my watches and jewelry repaired.
