The site manager, Erick, is an absolute hero. My dog ran out of the car and helped us chase him before he got out into the street. An absolute hero. Cookie says THANK YOU!!!

So I was looking for a storage this morning which I noticed the office was closed so I did online reservation and had to wait til they opened the office at 9am, I literally had a call at 9am as Erick from US Storage Centers called and confirmed my reservation he was so helpful over the phone and even more pleasant in person. He gave me the run down and has been beyond helpful. WOW ? I definitely would recommend this storage place.

Erick was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to help me. As odd as it sounds I've never used a storage before. He helped me though and I'd recommend using this facility to anyone looking for storage.

Staff is friendly, drive areas are too narrow. Entry can be challenging if you work a 9 to 5 in Vegas..closes too soon

I'm moving from California to Vegas. I needed to find a storage that would be safe/cheap and reliable. In the past I've had horrible customer service and a lot of running around. a lot of the phone calls I would get from other storages would be from rude agents, not knowing how to speak to people. I understand that it’s a courtesy call but the customer service needs to know how to speak and be nice. This is why I left and came to US storage center. Erick took care of me and answered all the questions I had and then some. He took me to see all the different unit available and I was able to pick the right size for my use. Setting up payment was fast and easy to understand.He did offer me water but I joked around and said "I only drink sparkling water" to my surprise he did have it and offered it. This is the type of customer service that an establishment needs. Where a customer can joke around and the representative can give the best customer service possible."
