I had to leave for family emergency so I called and Ryan picked up and asked him to freeze my account , but things didn't go well with my family so I stayed almost a year the whole year I was out of states I was been charged meaning my account was not freezes I called Jodi answer asked to speak to Ryan says he is not arround and he will call , I got very annoyed because I called 2 times and will be put on hold and nothing gets done so I called my bank and asked them to stop the payment since I'm not getting any help with canceling my account even due they were collecting money from me without me going to the gym , now they sent me a message saying we will send your info to Bill collecting and want me to pay $50 all the d***money you have been collecting was not enough ??? Still want to get more of me even due you did not do ask I called and asked you to do ??? You call they answer you rudely like you are begging them .. where is costume service part , why do I have to pay the price of a neglected service and they did raise the membership cost with no further notice ...

This gym needs to be clean, smell really bad and music is too laud, the bathrooms are too small, please spend more money on plumbing!!!

Forget The Local City Parks For Working Out.? EOS Gym Is A Great & Safe Place For Seniors Citizens To Work Out At (Cardio, Exercise, Etc.) ??

The gym is fine, grungy but fine. Just bring hand sanitizer with you. The worst part about the gym is the sales team for personal training. They are just a bunch of used car salesmen. And use all the underhanded tactic's like guilt and outright lying to get you to sign the personal training contract. I highly recommend NOT doing that because once you sign you are locked in! Even after the contract ends, they will continue to take money out unless you give a written letter to terminate the contract to the headquarters. It is not worth the emotional stress and hassle. SAVE YOURSELF!! Don’t do personal training with EoS! If you really have to join EoS, just go, workout and leave.
