Here is my story .. before dealing with EOS, please be cautious.. I joined EOS on Oct 2023. The store manager registered me for a trial fitness session, 6 free sessions, for $20. He asked me to sign some documents online like when I joined a gym or first-time registration. I was doubtful about 6 free fitness sessions for $20. I asked him repeatedly, whether it was true or not. He said perfectly 6 free sessions, you can cancel or you can continue. I joined. During the 1st free session, I asked the fitness coach, whether it was free or not. Again I heard, "It is free". I took 2 sessions. And I noticed 2 times $228 charges on my credit card. It seems those sessions weren't free, cost $228 each. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. After I reported this issue to BBB, EOS sent me an apology email and promised to refund the money. I have been waiting for the refund since Oct 2023. According to the store manager the EOS corporate office created this 6 free sessions for $20 , mainly to misguide people . He also wished me good luck sarcastically. Most likely, EOS won't refund me the $446. I have reported the issue to BBB again. I will report to Nevada Consumer Affairs now. I am still not sure whether I will get a refund. But I will continue to try. Now EOS corporate office is not responding to my email. So please be careful when you are dealing with EOS. I wish I didn't fall into this trap . I still have an active membership of $9.99 monthly. It does work for me. Rest is good, healthy exercise every day at EOS, Sahara, Las Vegas. I give one start because of this bad customer service. It is cheating. I was told that fitness head coach Jeff was fired. It doesn't solve my problem. I am still waiting for the refund of $446.

Went in to get a membership 2 weeks ago and Noah the assistant manager helped me. He tried selling me the black membership at first but I made it clear that I wanted the basic one. Signed everything and noticed after my workout that I had been billed for the black membership. Talked to him before leaving and he said he "accidentally" put the black membership (even though you literally have to go through all the prompts for each membership). He said he'd talk to someone the next day and that within 2 weeks I would not be billed for the black and it would be changed. 2 weeks pass and I noticed that I was billed for black not the basic. I don't live in Vegas so I called EōS to try to talk to someone about it over the phone and they said they'd put Noah on the phone to talk to me since he was the highest one there at the time. Waited on the phone for a few minutes for him to make someone else speak for him to tell me that we already talked about it before and he already spoke to someone about it. He didn't want to even speak with me over the phone. The next day I went in and described to whole situation to Amanda. And her along with Julie helped me switch to the basic like I originally wanted. They were so much help. In general this gym is good and has a lot to offer. However, I would absolutely avoid signing anything with Noah to avoid getting screwed over. He signed me up for a membership that I didn't want and then when I wanted it fixed said he would but never did and also made me feel annoying for calling and following up. Very unprofessional for an assistant manager and is just looking to rip people off by lying to people Update 2 weeks later: Have to go in to sign for a new basic membership because I was unable to downgrade from black. Amanda helped me through everything and kept me updated throughout the whole time. She was able to help me even though it wasn't an easy process. Never sign up for anything with Noah

This gym has the inability to inform their male clientele if the female staff is cleaning the men's locker room. The proper procedure is to post a sign at all entrances and for a male attendant to announce that the female crew will be in the locker room. They need to announce this to everyone including the people in the shower. The location at Sahara and Cimarron fails to do this consistently. And, the staff at this location with their lackadaisical attitude cares even less.

I started personal training with them. They said I would get charged in a recurring fashion and any sessions I couldn't make or they cancelled I could pause and then make them up. After 6 weeks of asking to pause they finally paused me for ONE PAYMENT. I have about 2 months of saved up sessions. I went in to cancel as now they are just taking advantage of me and now they won't cancel it!!!! I continue to be charged despite handing the lead trainers a letter to cancel. I also reached out via their customer support page and no answer.I don't want to remove my credit card as I still want to continue my membership for working out.Add to this my two personal trainers I loved both quit due to horrible management.So angry...STOP STEALING MY MONEY!!!!

I used to love this location. I have been going here for a few years now. The staff (like Lorenzo) is awesome. However, a few days ago they changed the dim lighting in the gym to harsh cool lighting. The old lighting was great for pump pics and giving an old school vibe. The new lighting makes me physically nauseous and gives me a headache within 30 minutes of my workout. This new lighting does nobody any favors. I genuinely don’t even want to workout at the gym with this new lighting. This will make me and multiple people I’ve spoken to want to leave this location.

I'm there a few times a week. Usually use free weights and the outdoor area which I highly enjoy. Just kidding. I honestly hate working out but I'm over 30 so I have to put work in before I succumb to pudding. Generally clean but more mornings than not there are no paper towels available to wipe down equipment. Specifically in the dumbbell area. Also, there was an older guy in the sauna blowing snot rockets so that ruined my morning. Overall, it's an okay gym to get a workout in.

Everyone has their own preference, I like clean, organized and friendly environments, without having to wait for equipment for long periods of time with people younger people sitting on their phones playing around for social media clicks. I love this location, been going there solid for 6 years and it's been great.. I even get to Go outside and get fresh air workouts

I didn’t want to resort to this but I have been left no choice.Do not sign up for personal training!! I asked to put my account on a freeze after my 3rd payment. After I was told it was froze I have since been charged 4 more times!! I called and spoke to Jeff, the personal training manger, and he told me that he would give me a full refund on 3 of the payments and that it would take approximately 2-3 business days. It’s been 12 days and not only have I NOT received a refund, but have actually been charged a 4th time! Now every time I call he is conveniently in a meeting or at lunch. For a place that’s supposed to promote being active, there sure are a lot of “meetings” going on. The trainers that I worked with were absolutely phenomenal and in now way is this a reflection to them. But this experience has been nothing but stressful in what is probably already the most stressful time of year.

So far, so GOOD! First off. I have to give sincere compliments on exemplary guest service to Luke and Jeff. These two gents really know what they're doing and how to treat new clients. I absolutely love the amenities, layout, price, hours, equipment, everything! I'm so excited to start my fitness journey here. Thank you again for making me feel welcome and excited for my new adventure!

I applied for a premium membership fitness card, but every time you go swimming, you will see countless black foam in the bubble bathtub, constantly rolling. Many fitness guys went to the sauna room wearing pants and clothes, covered in stinky sweat. They didn't care about the warning signs on the wall. Some people jumped directly into the swimming pool, and there were no staff on site. Everything looks so disgusting. Do you want to stay inside the black bubble? Premium members have access to the massage room which has four full body massage machines, but I never saw staff cleaning these machines. Many people stepped directly on the massage chair with their shoes on. (You must take off your shoes. How do you know if he just went to the toilet)

I love how everyone else has great experiences! Mine were severely below standards. I tried out the 7 day free pass I received in the mail and cancelled BEFORE the seven days yet I was still charged 70$ something dollars no refund, only to find out you have to cancel within 3 days to not get charged (I was never told about the 3 day notice) the pool was dirty and made my skin itch, the equipment was ok but virtually no parking. The floor in the bathroom seemed so dirty, I was not impressed at all.

The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant one.One aspect I particularly appreciate is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Most of the time, they are kept in excellent condition, which is a definite plus.However, I have noticed that the shower in the pool area could use some more attention in terms of cleaning. Additionally, the windows in the sauna area could be cleaner. These are minor issues, but addressing them would certainly enhance the overall experience.Despite these small suggestions, I want to emphasize that your team is doing a great job overall. Went here for a yoga class on Monday evening & it was fantastic (challenging but peaceful & not too crowded). The gym itself seems less spaced out than the other locations I’ve been too but I’m really more about the classes. Definitely worth the membership price.
