They are lying about being an Enrolled Agent. They messed up our taxes and put the wrong SSN! And did not want to make it right. They kept re-filing it but that is not what the IRS wanted. They did not want to contact the IRS on our behalf even though we paid for that extra service. This caused my refund to get delayed over 11 months! When I tried to report them it turns out that there is no company called E File Tax Services of Nevada Inc. Currently trying to track their payment processor.

SCAM ALERT! They messed up my tax return causing my tax refund to get delayed over a year! Had to call the IRS myself because they refused to help even though I got the extra service where they are supposed to represent you if IRS have follow up questions. They say they are enroller agents but according to IRS they are not. Just a bunch of scammers. Make sure to pay with a credit card so you can request your money back.

Over 7 years of having my returns handled here... No problems at all... Very happy with their service!... I work all over North America which causes Tax complications, but E-File of Nevada handles it all well... Anytime another State has come after me for more than they're due, as they so often try, the issue has always come in my favor with no hassles... Peace of Mind! Thank You!

Had some papers notarized 8/4 by one girl it was 11.50 each.Today(8/10) I had 1 paper notarized by a different girl it was 15.00.She said that's what it is all the time.Just seems a little shady,don't know that I would trust them with taxes or personal information.

Although this was our first visit, we were very happy with how we were treated & the end result. We had been going to a different tax prep team, but the guy we were using left the company & moved on & we weren't happy with the new person assigned to our tax work. A friend recommended E-File & Brent Carriker did a great job. Taking our folder of forms, bank paperwork & receipts, he quickly made sense of our hodgepodge of paperwork. Friendly & helpful he explained the whole mysterious tax process to us. Until we someday win the lottery, we'll only need to visit this office once a year. But, we'll definitely be back.

Dishonest and disorganized. I came here referred from a family friend. I was never told what to bring to my appointment. I had to reach out myself and find out and was told someone would contact me (no one ever did). I was also told that it would be $125 for every half hour of work and my appointment did not exceed this time. I was then told in my appointment that was not the way they billed. The person who I worked with even admitted that the front staff was new and they were not the best and still they did not honor what I was told. Will never recommend this place. Very disappointing.

Not full on helping peoples, if customer been with your company. Trust should be bonded, but mostly customer has no access on < unemployment or IRS. Your company should take a closer look to guide and finish tax issues.

Excellent service! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the employees were very professional. Their fees were also very reasonable and my tax preparer answered all questions I had during my appointment. The tax preparer I went to in the past usually rushed through everything to get on to her next appointment. This was definitely a better experience. Looking forward to filing with them in years to come!
