Do NOT get a vehicle from these SHADY people. They sold me a vehicle with a bad alternator and a bad transmission. Also, My social security card and EBT card was left in the vehicle and I’m sure their homeless tow guy is the one who changed my PIN being that he had access to my social security card and used up all of my EBT that had just posted. I am in the process of filing suit and this place will be shut down BOTH of their locations … PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD AT ALL AND THEY DEFINITELY HAVE WHATS COMING TO THEM.

Found a car online and talked to Sergio. I told him I would be there in 30 minutes. When I get there, I was told that he left which was weird because I told him I was in my way. Instead, I spoke with Pat who showed me a few things. I asked if they report to the credit agencies and she said no. I had to leave for the weekend to go out of country and I landed at the airport and drove straight there only to be greeted by Sergio who blew me off the 1st time. We test drive an envoy and it was ROUGH so I asked the price and I wouldn’t get a straight answer. I was only told what the down payment would be. I got a ballpark of 10k when the highest price one in the country was only 5k. They refused to discuss anything unless I gave them a down payment and did everything in person. I told them that I am busy with work so let’s agree on numbers and I will come sign and be done. Again they refused to even tell me the price of the vehicle which just tells me they are ripping people off. The reason for not telling me was because I had already come in twice to talk, which I replied that yes because I was interested in a vehicle so I came back and I was serious. I ask Sergio the same questions about the credit agencies and he jumps right in how they report and got all excited about. It became obvious that they will lie to get to the sale which is why they try to pressure you in person and won’t do anything over the phone. The world all works itself out though because I got home to another dealership who did everything over the phone, got me in a 10 year newer car, with less miles and it is spotless. I put a deposit down over the phone and I pick it up Friday!

I definitely won't not recommend spending hard earn money at this place to get a vehicle. The people gives you the run around and tell you different stories. I recently purchased an 06 Subaru in February, the vehicle only lasted a few weeks until it completely shut down. I'm a single mom of 2 autistic children that has a lot of important appointments, and work multiple jobs. The car needed a new computer system, along with new wiring and sensors. Pat told me to bring the car down so they can fix it , I dropped the car off in the middle of March so it can be fixed. I had to call them everyday for an update of what's going on with the car, they barely called me to keep me informed, then after have my car sit for a month at the dealership, Pat told me to call Subaru dealership and see how much they charge to fix everything, after speaking with Subaru Service department they informed me it's just best to get another car because the repairs were more than the car value itself plus they also stated that Drive & Go knew the computer system was trashed and should've replaced it before selling the vehicle. I asked Pat since the vehicle is pretty much done for , if I can get another car. Pat stated I would have to put another $3500 down to get another car. These people do not care, horrible customer service and get off on people. Also make sure the car you get if you want to try them out, make sure your car comes with a gas cap because that's another thing I had to buy for the car and they won't even reimburse me for that. Very disappointed and a waste of money and time.

I bought a car here last week. The car worked fine to drive the post office to get the money. Once I fully drove off of the lot the car started smoking and the check engine light appeared. They told me to come back and looked at it and said everything was fine. A week later which is today the radiator busted and it began to leak fluid everywhere. I could no longer drive the car. Pat told me to call her tow man and have them to tow the vehicle to the shop. I get a call today in a calm voice assuring me the car repairs are $400 they will split the cost with me. Long story short I can’t receive the vehicle because I haven’t made the 1st payment yet. Donna was the calm voiced woman. $1200 dollars of hard work down the drain to fulfill an image as we are here to save you when others say no. When Robert the tall sweet Black man tells you that he can get you into a car he means it. Once the papers are signed and the lunch food they have come out after the deal, it is important to test drive it past the post office for a money order. That’s my story of a hard working woman.

I ran into some problems I bought a vehicle from them and I put down 1200 and I was supposed to give another 500 bucks but my social security took my money for me $500 for insurance so they put it behind on my bills and stuff and I want to talk to him like a man and they were cool about it you know they helped me out so now you know I'm struggling you know easy peasy

Do not go here!!
I had got a 2012 Chevy traverse that ended up going out two weeks after I had it. I went up to drive and go Pat told me that I needed another $1500 to put down to switch me into another car.
So I had no choice I have kids with
disabilities they gave me my 2nd car it was a 2012 Chevy equinox I had it for three weeks then couldn’t dive it anymore , the drive train went out and the transmission was slipping I had to pay on the car I couldn’t even drive between my husband and I we have spent $12,000 ? So I took the the 2nd car back and was told by Pat that they would not put me in another car and that the mechanic will look at it and I will have to pay for the repairs but this is the icing on the cake!!
My husband had got a Hyundai Sonata around the time I got my first car and his car lasted about six months, and finally went out the whole computer system crashed that is $13,000 to fix the car is worth only $8000. Long story short, they don’t care all they care about is money they are money hungry that’s all they care about. They do bad business and they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will be taking them to court anybody who wants to jump on my bandwagon and take them to court let’s do it!

Deserve 0 stars, vehicle broke down the next day! Put down 2,000 & im already at $400 in repairs & counting. Pat (manager/ owner) & Robert (lead sales representative) just keep giving me the run around. They will do anything to get you in a vehicle BEWARE, Save your money & time!

If I could give them -0 stars I would. I would like to file a complaint against Drive and Go Vegas Cars 3295 Fremont st Las Vegas NV, 89106 . I financed a vehicle AS/IS 09/16/2023 and the engine is blown 09/17/2023. They are saying it s my responsibility, and If I want another care, I would have to bring them 1000. They are saying there was nothing wrong with the motor, it was just replaced days before I purchased it. So I blew my motor overnight?

They liars defiantly when it comes to getting your documents I came to pick up my drs before I went out of state due to me having a death in the family and it wasn’t ready I’ve been faithfully paying them on time all for them to not have my documents ready (it’s really the lady who works to the right of the office 1st door) she needs to be replaced! She has bad energy since I bought the car she’s lazy and choose to do what she wants
