If I could give zero stars I would. After 10 years of going to this place and referring 100's of clients and friends this place has completely gone down hill from poorly trained receptionists to just plain rude doctors (Dr. Schneider) A lot of the problems they have is poor communication between back staff to the front staff, not to mention the revolving door of front desk people. Every time I go always new faces and always poorly trained. They hire immature staff who think it's funny to record dogs under sedation in surgery and post it on social media!!! This place has really hit rock bottom in the last few years. The low star reviews are just proof. Save your dog and yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Receptionist should be required to do proper schooling and have proper certification before they should be allowed to work on the vet tech side of things We shouldn't flex ppl with no LVT experience to the LVT side and not expect chaos to ensue

Dr. Garcia is an incredible surgeon! Thank you for taking care of Lucy! She is very happy with not only your surgical removal of the mass, but your plastic surgery skills are off the charts!

There is no better feeling then going out of town and leaving you sweet puppy at a place you know he is being taken care of- our dog loves Dr.Garcia and the whole team there every time we go there for appointments or over night stays! Love this place and highly suggest it to others :)

Thank you for amazing and caring service for our three dogs! With a handful of issues Dr. Garcia helped us find all the solutions. We really appreciate her need to find the best solution to help all of our animal needs.

First off I've taken my dogs here for years and love the doctors. Dr Schnider and Dr Diaz are the best. One thing I've noticed is that the front desk staff is constantly changing. Most of them are lost and don't know how to do their jobs. Another thing is their rudeness and attitude. Even though the vets are good, I'm considering going elsewhere.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Rachel Schneider and the staff at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital are amazing and compassionate people that I honestly believe are there first and foremost due to their love and dedication to the health and well being of our furry friends! Make no mistake, any business that exists is there to make money, from a restaurant to a retail store to a veterinary hospital, but you can always tell the type of people who's passion for their work exceeds any other motivation. That rings VERY true for Dr. Schneider, the staff, and the management at Pebble Maryland. There's more though. Not only are they there to help our furry angels, but they understand our love as well, and they 100% understand our anguish when something serious goes wrong with our loved companions. I was in tears seeing my 9 month old puppy so sick with pancreatitis. Completely inconsolable. I thought she was going to die, and she very well could have. I visited and called "other vet hospitals" who were more interested in getting money up front and had no provision for an emergency like this if you couldn't pay them on the spot. Pebble Maryland, however, walked me through the process of getting Care Credit, which I did right there from my living room. Within minutes I was approved and out the door with my puppy to see the vet. I can't even express the immense compassion shown to both our puppy and to us by Dr. Schneider and the Pebble Maryland Staff, and I will never be able to fully articulate my thankfulness to them. Within a few days my puppy was home and recovering with the proper meds and food for her condition. Fast forward a few more days and she is not only back to normal, but happier than ever due to her new food (Hills i/d) prescribed by Dr. Schneider. My puppy is CRAZY about this food! I will forever be thankful to Dr. Rachel Schneider and everyone at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital for what they have done for us. They are heroes in my book, and I could not recommend them strongly enough. 5 stars is a joke. I give them 5000 stars!

A standard practice with above and beyond compassion. Recently my dog got into a hand warmer and passed away from iron poisoning. I called, and even though they didn't have any available appointments, I begged to please let my dog come in because she wasn't in good shape. They had me bring her in and let me see the first available vet since it was an emergency. She passed away within 30 minutes of me arriving which was so sad, but I will never forget the care, kindness, and compassion we received during this really tragic moment. After everything happened, I decided to get pet insurance for my other pets. (His office seems to like trupanion, but I went through Embrace.) Part of the process is having your animal get an orthopedic exam. During the exam, I wanted to ask some questions about my recent dog's passing and again, he was so kind and reassuring. I didn't feel like he was judgmental or disinterested at all. I also appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and also gave me tips on dealing with pet insurance companies. I will be sad when he retires because he really is a great vet and I think he does what he does because he cares about people and their pets. Next, for people complaining about pricing, please try to get pet insurance. This practice charges similar prices to what other vets in the area charge. Also, I really like Drew at the front desk. I was having an issue with one of my cats one time and she came in to give me an estimate. She breaks things down pretty thoroughly, and will explain what each recommended thing is for. I've never felt rushed out of the office, I've seen multiple vets and, while Dr. Diaz is the best, I've never had a bad experience with any of them. I feel like everyone here truly cares for animals.

Very pleasant experience at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital. Dr. Boltros has treated our fur baby Cinnamon on multiple occasions. He takes the time to answer all of our questions. We are so happy to have him as our vet!

It's been long enough that I feel I can leave a review. Their front staff are all over the place seems like it's a new group every visit but never unpleasant. My one cat came back with an allergic reaction and this was years ago. He has had lifetime issues, that's not fully in them at least I hope it was not intentional and truly was just a reaction. My other cat came back to us after his neuter surgery covered in blood which out of 4 cats he's the only one who came back a mess. Not sure why he couldn't have been tidied up before we picked him up, I digress. When I took my dogs in for teeth cleaning during their "dental deal" the doctor said "if you want it done right, you wouldn't have their teeth cleaned during the deal. As someone at the time with limited budget we had to do what we had to do and in this case we had to go during their deal. Sure enough the doctor was right their teeth were not done properly. Teeth still filthy and breath the same as before. They even called to inform me it would be $700 to remove teeth, however the teeth in question fell out during the clean. Trying to charge us for teeth that fell out? How scammer of you. Every experience I've had here I noticed my dogs always came back fearful. Not their normal behavior and it was more than just them not loving the vet they gave off trauma from a horrid experience. I've never had the staff be rude or anything in that nature to us and I guess the doctors honesty could be considered as a point, however, now you know they won't do their jobs fully unless getting paid in full even when they are the ones who offer the dental deals. Veterinarians, I hope you as a business/professional can find your way to having pride in your work. You became a professional for a reason. I hope you really consider the negative reviews and can grow and do better. Best of luck.

I don't usually make reviews but the treatment was very rude, and honestly pretty unacceptable. The front desk staff didnt greet me or my very hurt dog, i was confronted with snarky responses and very child like looks. We decided to rush to my regular vet instead and very happy we did. Henderson animal hospital is MUCH more kind.

Amazing people here! Dr. A and Dr. Schneider are the absolute best! They take their time with you and explain every option you have. Connie in the front is also amazing she is extremely friendly and has amazing customer service. If you have to take your animal to the vet come here and request one of these doctors.

The worst animal hospital, the doctors don't seem to care about out pet. When i called i told them i need a new prescription and have glucose curve test for my pet. Dr. B met us & told us to come back the next day, had our pet fast for 12 hours. We came back next day, he wasn't there. Dr. Hines met us, tried to do the test but failed because our pet won't eat. She suggested another test also, fructose test. She said Dr.B is a new doctor in the facility and didn't usually deal with small animal. We tried to make appt for those tests with Dr. Hines but she wasn't available for another 2 weeks, we're willing to wait but Dr. Hines suggested to have the tests performed by next available Dr. The following week Dr. Diaz performed the test, when i picked up my cat he couldn't see us. The woman said Dr. will call next day to go through test result and prescription. Someone called (not the dr) as promised. Then the dr. Wrote prescription based on medical record from previous vet that went to 2 years ago, not based on test result, so why did we have to pay for "unnecessary" test if dr could write prescription based on what other vet wrote? We tried to order the insulin and got rejected because prescription doesn't show dr. Name, the signature just like a kid scribble. Had to go back again to have him fix it and he wasn't available, had to wait for him til he came back in 4 days. Don't take your pet to this place!
