I have purchased cars from many different people and places, both private and from a dealership. I am so glad I found these guys! They are the real deal. I found them on Carfax and they have a great selection, all different price ranges, and reliable pre-owned vehicles. Kind, hard-working, reasonable, honest, fair, and will do business with intelligent, lol ?, like-minded, reasonable people. I have had my car for approximately 2 weeks, it is a pre-owned four-door Ford, I got for a good price, and I will definitely be doing business with them again. Ryan and Matt. My wife and I bought a 2002 Dodge Caravan sport. We had to put motor mounts in the van. We had to pay for the replacement motor mounts but mat made my wife and I feel like he's doing us favor. We had to replace the 2 rear wheel hubs. The van has broken down 2 times. Now we have to put in a new water pump and possibly a new radiator. We paid 4 thousand dollars for a van that was valued at 2 thousand five hundred dollars. I'm sad to think that mat said that he would never put his parents in a vehicle that would leave them broken down on the side of the road . The van is sitting in the parking lot of our house broken down on these hundred degree days. I'm in a wheelchair and my wife has Alzheimer's. What we thought was a good deal has turned out to be a lot of money that my wife and I don't have. Social security money and my small part time job. To fix the water pump is going to be 7 hundred dollars and who knows how much to replace the radiator. It makes me feel bad that we bought a vehicle that we have to put another thousand plus dollars to get the van running and maybe worth what we paid for it mat you were nice to come out to get the van running but it's more than just loose lug nuts. Las Vegas is too hot to get stuck waiting for a tow truck to come in the heat. AAA doesn't have a truck just waiting for a call from us. Each time we broke down. It took 2 hours to wait until a tow truck to come tow the van home. Thanks for letting us down. You wouldn't do that to your parents but you did that to 2 disabled people one of us in a wheelchair

I'll tell you all about my experience here, were going to court shortly. I bought a trailblazer three weeks later transmission fails, took it back, traded for a camry, with a 500 markup, drove it for five days blows a head gasket, then they got all salty like it was my fault. My boss happens to be a master mechanic. They sold me two wack vehicles and then are trying not to give me my money back, They will not only give me all my money back but lost wages and all the expenses. Don't let people try to rip you off.

I TOTALLY loved this place as well, AT FIRST! I was disappointed the way I was handled trying to trade in my car. I'm NOT going into specifics, but it was very disappointing. Matt, you're a very nice guy, so was Tim...I just feel a little betrayed.Yes you did not destroy my car, however, you did not help it either. I'm NOT getting into specifics because this review is NOT intended to say bad things about your company.. my car is NOT destroyed it has a ding and the step thing was stolen , yes, but I owe 3000. On it and you saying you'd give me 900. PLUS I'd have to pay 1500. In cash on top of it to get a car off lesser value, yes, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Matthew Sears is awesome! I tried to buy a van or truck over the internet (totally disappointing), I remembered 10 years ago I bought a car at Car's Direct. Paul the owner was great.
