Rude employee at night. She doesn't want to lift a finger. She is clearly annoyed dealing with customers. Made me wait 5 minutes for her to finish her cigarette, and even said "I'm going to finish this cigarette" while me and others were standing line. That's unacceptable, won't be going back, even though I did end up winning. There should be a ticket redemption machine

Dottys on Craig and Las Vegas blvd should be shut down. They have more than their fair share of bed bugs, homeless allowed to sit and not play or sleep, they don't cut off alcohol drinks to those visibly drunk, and the drawings are rigged. 99.9% of the bartenders at this location are rude, and people are allowed to bring their dogs in and they bark and jump on people. BBB needs to be contacted.

I like Dotty's, warts and all. Though lately, I have been noticing that they definitely have been tweaking the machines and I'll cut back on visiting. Far fewer bonuses and much lower payouts, regardless of how high/low you are betting. I find staff at virtually all locations friendly and welcoming, with the odd grump here and there.

It should b shut down honestly. We have been 2 times over the past 6 months and spent $500 each visit with no win back at all. I hit a bonus on 40 cent bet. Raised bet to $1. Never hit a bonus out of $100!! What a racket! Do NOT SOEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! they say they "pay back" but I'm not sure who they pay back because it was NO ONE in the casino either time we went! Spend your money somewhere it's fun! This place is awful!

This review is actually for Dotty's marketing customer service for lack thereof. I submitted seven different change of address forms since April 2023 September 5th 2023 I finally received my mailings three days after the first coupon expired I called twice a day everyday from the 5th to the 19th asking for my coupon to be honored given it was not received until after the date after 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups I finally received a return phone call and after 10 minutes of run around I finally said bottom line is you're not going to honor the coupon and was told definitely no. I have frequented daughters for over 27 years I have saying it's praises to everyone who would listen I love my local Dotty's but marketing really needs to get it together I would have accepted graciously a response that said we're sorry for the inconvenience but we do not honor expired coupons regardless of when they were received instead of snide incredulous comments to which I had to finalize the conversation I was disregarded and belittled and after this many years and the amount of money that has been spent and won the best way to handle this situation should have been to look my account up see that I'm a dedicated customer and honor the coupon. Now this was not a three or four dollar coupon this was a 61 dollar coupon a significant amount to anyone but to be completely disregarded can dismissed really makes me rethink my loyalty
