I asked if I could wash my hands because I just changed the tire on my bike, and she said you can't bring your backpack in. So I ask if I can just set it at the the counter FOR THIRTY SECONDS, while I wash my hands, she says "backpacks aren't allowed in here", so I say ok if I leave it out front will you be near it to keep an eye on it and she says no backpacks allowed so I say once again I get that if I leave it out front can you stand here for 30 seconds while I wash my hands she just says no backpacks slams the door in my face so I guess I'm not going to be going to Dotty's anytime soon. People are lame. By people I mean the old red-headed lady that talks with the lisp that works at Dotty's on Rainbow and Spring Mountain. I hope your husband gives you crabs.

This review is actually for Dotty's marketing customer service for lack thereof. I submitted seven different change of address forms since April 2023 September 5th 2023 I finally received my mailings three days after the first coupon expired I called twice a day everyday from the 5th to the 19th asking for my coupon to be honored given it was not received until after the date after 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups I finally received a return phone call and after 10 minutes of run around I finally said bottom line is you're not going to honor the coupon and was told definitely no. I have frequented daughters for over 27 years I have saying it's praises to everyone who would listen I love my local Dotty's but marketing really needs to get it together I would have accepted graciously a response that said we're sorry for the inconvenience but we do not honor expired coupons regardless of when they were received instead of snide incredulous comments to which I had to finalize the conversation I was disregarded and belittled and after this many years and the amount of money that has been spent and won the best way to handle this situation should have been to look my account up see that I'm a dedicated customer and honor the coupon. Now this was not a three or four dollar coupon this was a 61 dollar coupon a significant amount to anyone but to be completely disregarded can dismissed really makes me rethink my loyalty

Be careful when you buy cigarettes.. The cashier gave me 2 packs of Shorts instead of the 100's & they would Not return them or even exchange them for the correct ones.. I've also been overcharged at this location ONLY.. 2 DIFFERENT INCIDENCES AT 2 DIFFERENT TIMES.. THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.. I'LL TRY NOT TO VISIT THIS LOCATION FROM NOW ON...

Homeless guy sleeping inside. Roaches seen behind the counter. Smoke shop on the same corner has cheaper cigs. Some old woman working there screamed at a customer. Some "great service" here. Bathroom had feces on the wall and no soap in the dispensers. No hot water either.

Rude trash works here. The owner is the worst. Whiny, old, sjw broad. I watched her berate a customer for no reason. The owner wants to run a business, but locks the door and won't let people inside. Homeless take showers in the bathrooms, but working customers get kicked out. The place is really dirty; idk how the health inspectors allow them to stay open. The hot water doesn't even work. Staff is slow and old and can't handle more than 1 or 2 customers before having a breakdown.Think of every small joint with good service that shut its doors after pinching pennies for years. Then think that these little dirtholes are spotted over Vegas like smallpox. Disgusting.

BEWARE - I put $ 20 in a machine and it malfunctioned immediately before I could play. Did I get my money back even though an employee watched the whole thing? OH HELL NO! I was told I needed to file a claim which required my driver's license, etc. A complete waste of time. Their "audit" (nobody called me as promised) as they call it found no extra money in the machine. All you have to do is observe the security cameras and you'll see 100% what I'm saying is true.Whomever is in charge is a liar, incompetent, or both. I called the corporate office. The representative was nice and said a manager would call me - which never happened. This place is a smoky dump. Epitome of highway robbery. Don't risk playing here because if you win, you're probably screwed.There's just way too many better places in Vegas to go.
