I called the Vegas outlet specifically looking for a florentine wallet to match my satchel.
Debra and Kat were so helpful. They found the perfect wallet and shipped out to me.
Very good customer service, received a email immediately and package arrived in a few days.
What more can a gal ask for.
Will definitely stop by when in Vegas!

My wife and I stopped at this outlet while in Las Vegas on vacation. We purchased two purses for her and a leather dopp bag for me. Angella was our salesperson and she was extraordinarily helpfull with our purchases! This is a well managed store as the manager was working hard to make sure the store looked outstanding. We will return to spend more on our next trip before heading to the casinos and shows.

I've shopped this store 2x this year and while the associates are friendly and the products are decent and they have good variety. The problem I have had with them BOTH times is that they don't tell you that the items are FINAL SALE until after you pay.
When I was there 2 weeks ago the associate stated that AFTER I paid she said "I forgot to tell you that these are final sale before I rang you up." It's kind of a bait and switch that they don't mention before you pay. So you haven't even left the store but find out after you paid that you're stuck with them. Items that the store carries in stock on a regular basis. The card on the counter by the register claims they have a 30 day return policy on some items, but they have only explained to me that it was the clearance table but everything else is returnable. So of course I buy 1 item on the clearance table and 1 that wasn't and suddenly now my entire purchase is non refundable according to the sales associate.
To be honest since this has happened to me 2x and I don't get paid by Dooney & Bourke to know their return policies, this was my last purchase with them as it's not my fault they tell me after they take my $ "oh by the way I forgot to tell you this is non refundable."
The first time it happened the associate didn't even tell me. Instead my 3 items got rung up and she aggressively stamped my receipt 3 times inches away from me to get the point across. This was AFTER she said oh if your laptop wont fit this tote no problem......yep should have learned my lesson after that purchase but nope went back to get a purse and a gift. Now if I don't like the purse, I guess I am forced to sell it on eBay or someplace else.
Just move past and avoid them unless you are 100% sure you want to be stuck with the item and lied to by sales associates.

They do not allow you to exchange purchased merchandise. Refunds allowed after returned item is inspected and found satisfactory

Yes! I love this place, why? let's break it down, shall we? Service I appreciate the service that those two girls did. Honestly, this is my first D&B but my mom's 100th purse lols. I was looking for more chic and a cute size that fits my phone. Me being really picky that I found a perfect size and bag for me. Selection - THERE ARE SO MANY CUTE SELECTIONS HONESTLY! But I found me a perfect size! Value - Honestly, I like this bag because of the fact that I can fit my on the go essentials. It has a front pocket, Few more pockets inside like just take a look at the photo I provided. And the fact that it's so easy to take em off and on. It has a little string for either your keys or wallet. In my case, I got my wallet attached to it because I know I'm that stupid that I would loose my wallet (and my keys lol). What's in my bag you say?

I’ve always loved D&B since the early 90s. Top quality handbags and wallets. First visit to this outlet and it did not disappoint. The two ladies working today were friendly and outstanding in assisting me with what I was looking for. Excellent customer service and will definitely come back when in town!
