This place is so trashy like nothing in stock always empty shelves go 2.5 miles either direction not only the store stick they have decent items and the employees actually try to get you out the store not spend 15 min on each customer so if in a medium or normal rush you sure will leave late and with attitude by how slow and talkative they are at the register while 2vithwr employees stand watch them be slow and line down the aisle. Horrible store.horrible inventory. Horrible service

This store on Maryland pkwy in Silverado Ranch has gone down hill it’s a total mess and as soon as you walk in the store all the clerks are standing around talking and laughing there are nothing on the shelves and it’s disgusting how dirty the store looks.

I feel like ever since Last Week Tonight with John Oliver did the story about Dollar Tree, and how little their employees get paid, this location has gone downhill. I would avoid this location. I've tried to go in twice the past two weeks, but changed my mind after seeing the store practically filled with boxes (as described on the show) and hardly any employees working (aka long checkout lines). I'm all for employees getting paid decently, and hate corporate greed. I hope this corporation can wake up and get its act together. Maybe they should consider self checkout?

Getting good, consistent Staff to run these stores is almost impossible to find throughout this Brand.This store always seems to be in a state of chaos.Too few too accommodate too many.Terrible business model for a retailer.Oddly enough I am loyal to them on several fronts.

Decent dollar store. Just like all the others. Plenty of Knick knacks to pick from, good customer service. Lots of holiday decor and household essentials to shop.

The staff is great but Kathy is amazing. I watched Kathy treat every customer with prompt, friendly and professional service. I purposely got in her line because it was moving fast. I got a speedy checkout along with a warm and friendly smile.
