I bought some marshmellows from here and they taste like soap. I smelled the package they came from and the package smelled like soap/detergent. I only bought marshmellows so the only way for the smell and taste to been absorbed is if the store had soaps close to food items at some point. Since the new manager came in they put random items on aisles that dont make sense and makes it hard to find anything. When I was in there I heard a kid walking out talking about how filthy, dirty and unorganized they felt it was. The front door is boarded up from someone breaking the glass. The staff is unwelcoming and often no one is at the register. I hope the reginal or district manager see's this because this is disgraceful.

I'm giving three stars because normally the ppl that work there are nice and friendly. The man working there at around 2:30 pm today (05/31) did not acknowledge my daughter and I when it was our turn at the register. He didn't make eye contact. He didn't say anything to us as he rang up our items. He didn't say anything to me to indicate that he was done ringing up our items and I wasn't sure if the the machine was ready for me to pay. He didn't give a total. He didn't say anything to my daughter even though she thanked him at the begining and end of our transaction. He didn't say anything to either of us the entire time and didn't make eye contact. I thanked him at the end of the transaction, he didn't respond. He was very friendly and helpful to another customer who'd asked him about fly swatters before he helped us. I know dollar tree employees don't get paid enough to roll out the red carpet but it seems like life is more pleasant when we can at least acknowledge each other.

Absolute terrible customer service after shopping in the store for about 20 minutes before I was going to hit the checkout line with a cart full of groceries and items I politely asked if the key was needed to open the bathroom door that was locked and and that had a sign on it saying no merchandise Beyond this point. I was very rudely told that the bathrooms are not for public use Which like I mentioned before is really confusing because then why would you have no merchandise Beyond this point sign or even have the doors marked as restrooms then.
African american store person was very rude and condsecnding. Maybe she didnt see my cart with $100+ of groceries and childrens bday party items? Left the cart behind and left. Last time I will ever step into a dollar general. Garbage people running that location

This store management did not honor exchange with receipt purchased within last 7 days. I was told because the box was bent, not wet, dirty or having holes, they wouldn't do exchange. Also, the supervisor was rude.

I love this store option. Since it provides a variety of items to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the home. On this occasion, kitchen utensils. I'm glad to find juice glasses with their lids and straws.
