I found this dollar tree location under staffed and employees to be under paid they are also open until 10 pm but Google doesn't update very well. I was in the store with my 3 children and elderly mother the cashier who was very helpful actually held the door open for us as we exited. I have never been in a place that a cashier stopped what she was doing and came over and held the door for us. She also apologized to customers for the wait. She was a lovely young lady and a true customer service individual she didn't have a name tag but she was a older lady with shirt wavy black hair and very pretty hazel eyes I hope to have her wait on us again and with that type of sincere customer service who cares what the store looks like. I have been a customer for dollar tree for at least 10 yrs. I worked for a similar place and I think that if we as customers were more thought full and be polite and realize that it's first come first serve wait your turn and relax or go some where else bring rude and ununderstanding towards the employees is just shameful and no class take a lesson or go do there job for a day or two and let's see how you feel than

This store is a complete disaster. Boxes in isles empty boxes all over the floor carts and carts full of stock blocking the isles. I have never seen a store operate this way. Looks like a bomb went off and now no one is to clean horrible !!!!

The workers here are always fast paced. I come here often and they are always short staffed. This company doesn’t help there workers but these workers deserve the best. Thank you for always helping me out!

This store is a MESS ... the higher management needs to walk in and visually look at the disaster. If you need to close the store for a week to get it in order, your profits would be worth it.Now I see it's becoming a DOLLAR TREE PLUS!get the stuff on the shelves clean up, literally aisles yesterday had front to back pallets of boxes! NOT SHOPPABLE, dangerous to trip, fall etc This is a busy shopping center Michaels next door... your losing customers.CRAFTERS... I really do not want to shop there. I will travel out of my way because aesthetically and as a consumer I don't want to walk in there .It's gross

Went to this location on my way to work looking for a few small items. The store was dirty, cramped, merchandise was not in its place and boxes blocked several aisles in the shop. Staff was putting items away from boxes (which is great) however , this included a few profanity phrases being uttered by staff when things were falling or difficult. I cannot help but be turned off by this in a place of business with customers and kids around. There was one cashier line open and the line of probably a dozen people, again, almost making it impossible to navigate through the aisles. For such an affluent, nice area of Henderson, this was a very disappointing dollar tree experience. I will not be returning to this location!

The store was very cluttered. Alot of items on the bottom of the shelves instead of being organized where they can be purchased. Upon check out, the line was nearly to the end of an aisle because the store only had one check stand open. When brought to the manager, Melissa's, attention she mentioned that it was about to be a shift change and there wasn't anything she can do about the line. I craft with Dollar Tree items and frequent many Dollar Tree stores but I will never be back to this location!

Love that most things are $1.25 . If they are not, they are clearly marked unlike 99 cents only which is ""hit or miss"" depending upon whether or not the employee is diligent in doing there job!!
