My closest DT store to me. Shopped here for over 9 years now and watched it slide downhill in that period of time. Ever since COVID, this store never recovered to its former self.
I go there now with very low expectations of finding what I want. If I miss my guess, this store will close soon.

This is the filthiest store I have ever seen. Windows were filthy. Floors are unswept and unmopped . Store was in disarray. The bathroom was atrocious and the worst health code violations I have ever seen in a public restroom. The GM should be terminated for allowing the store to be in this condition.

Today I was in my local dollar tree and asked an employee if I could take a few empty boxes from their stock boxes. The employee said yes. After I started collecting a few boxes another employee told me I could Not take the boxes. At that moment The supervisor Makala then told me that I couldn’t take the boxes. I then proceeded to tell her and point out the employee that told me I could take the boxes. The supervisor then told me that she’s new and doesn’t know the Policy. Then I told her again I had permission from an employee. Then told her maybe all employees should Know the Policy before starting the job. The supervisor then in a mean tone said “Whatever!
How can a Store Manager Supervisor Be so rude to a customer and get away with it. All I said was I had permission and she was rude. Mykala should Not talk to customers in this manner.

Sadly, Dollar Trees are dead. This location is just a Family Dollar now. Prices start at $1.25 and go up to $7. Watch what you are grabbing. As a DT its small size was okay but now it just feels cramp. You would think with the higher prices they would be able to hire more employees but NOPE! One cashier and a line of 10 people waiting to check out. Three left because the line was way too long. Grateful my favorite Japanese Yen store is across the street.

Bought four bags to put wine bottles in and they’re falling apart taken them back to the store and they do not offer refunds. I can have an exchange. Well, what do I want to do with four more wine bags that are going to split on me. They take your money and then your receipt says no refunds never again.

I live in this area and come to this store because it is close to my home. This Dollar tree in particular rates consistently from dirty to filthy, floors are a disgrace nine times out of 10 shelves are empty and no organization whatsoever. Today Sunday December 31st there is one cashier and I counted 15 customers waiting to be checked out. This is the norm in this store. I will never ever again waste my time coming to this nightmare. The manager here and obviously the corporate offices do not care one bit about their customers. Trust me if I could give this disgrace zero stars that's what I would do..

Ordered online a month in advance for event. Online order one month in advance. Nothing arrived nobody tried to fix problem or find their missing items had to scramble 2 days before event. Called the store 5 times, visited 3 times. Corporate said they would give me 50%off shipping my next order,For the inconvenience. What they are currently offering to everyone…. Corporate customer service stinks. Avoid the headache.

I like the dollar store ($1.25) for certain things like gift bags, car toys for the kids and some cheap holiday decorations. Their helium filled balloons are also a good deal. Only thing that makes me crazy or I would come more is the cluttered aisles and very long lines for checkout. It's usually one cashier and 6 to 8 people waiting.
