Called to see if they had an item in stock. Michael asked us to text a picture of the item in question. Never heard back from him after repeated texts. Terrible customer service, we decided to spend our money elsewhere.

Came here for the second time, to get my boys some tennis shoes. Have been extremely happy and satisfied by the Customer Service EMIL STEFANO provides this gentleman went beyond when my wife asked him for some water, because she was having a headache. He immediately send some one to get a bottle water. That was so generous from EMIL, ended up buying alittle more, but it all to the great customer service !!!! Thanks again for everything STAFANO !! See you next time we visit.

I purchased a 1" belt for my son's girlfriend for Christmas. It arrived from Italy and looked cheap and unlike the picture. I used the label they sent me (FedEx) and FedEx refused the shipment back to Italy twice - the first time because the label was not legible and the second time because there were no export licensing papers. So, I shipped it to the New Jersey online store address on the invoice and I have not received a credit in over a month, and the package appears to be lost or stolen. I am VERY unhappy and will never purchase another D&G product online, ever. I have never had this problem with Gucci, Louis Vuitton or any other Italian designer.

Wonderful Customer service! I called while out of the country for an exchange, They were happy to hold a purse until I arrived 2 weeks later! Joanna was wonderful with my service!!

Their clothing store is very nice, good selection and the reps are very nice and helpful. My review is about their other store, also located in Crystals....I was looking for two hand bags for my GF, a rep in their clothing store forwarded my name and number to Jina whom I remember speaking with before when I was looking for a Dolce Gabbana shirt. She said she had both or one of the bags from what I recall, I was also looking at a few other designer bags at the time. I've texted other reps at different designer stores, not just Dolce Gabbana and none of them requested my full name to add to their phone book as Jina did... I received a call from her several weeks after which I rejected and since my voice mail is not set up for several reasons, she then texted me asking for my last name to add to her phone book which to me is very creepy.. Having dealt with other reps at other designer stores, none of whom requested my full name to add to their phone books, I got a bad feeling and told her to delete my number. Watch out for this person, she seems flaky and also very creepy.
