The staff are amazing with all my dogs especially my little devil dog that bites when he gets groomed but he does not do that to any of the staff here. They do a wonderful job on all my dogs which are all different breeds. Wouldn't trust any other groomer!!

1. The woman with pink hair behind the counter not only misquoted us over the phone, but was extremely rude; apathetic and snobby in person. We walked out and cancelled our appointment on the spot.
Highly recommend looking elsewhere to groom your dog

Well priced spot! My puppy had a great experience with them. Second visit and my puppy recognized the stylists from the vehicle and was super excited.

I took my cat here to get her a bath and they did a great job! Definitely paid a good price for the cat to get a bath and it included a sanitary trim which they did a good job on. I definitely will bring her back here

These ladies are amazing, they've been grooming all 3 of our family's dogs and we never have had any complaints. We have a German Shepard, border collie, and Shephard/chow mix, always happy and well taken care of. Highly highly recommend

My two golden retrievers were shaved under their bellies during their grooming appointment after I had specifically asked the lady up front to not do that. There was no reason for them to be shaved as they never have fur mats since we brush them a couple times a week. After the appointment I immediately called back because their underbellies were shaved after I had specifically told the lady up front that I did not want that. The lady even repeated back to me what I had said and that it would just be "a light trim". When I called I was told the owner wasn't there, but was told they would call me back once they got there. I never received a call back and it’s been almost an entire week.The first time we took my golden retrievers here the groomer completely missed trimming one of the paws on one of the goldens. We had to drive back to have them fix it. There was never an apology or anything.
