I called today (as I have 2 free wash cards from husband's Smog) before coming & the young lady (didn't write her name down) who answered, explained, & assisted when I arrived was very nice. A man walking twice by also assisted regarding increasing the pressure. I haven't done self-washing in over 60 years with my Dad in Pittman/Whitman. Thanks for not being annoyed by a Boomer.

I recently got my a/c compressor replaced by doctor auto , the guys were very professional the prize was reasonable and most important they were honest ! For now on this will be the place that I’ll take my cars

This Repair shop is great, personal service, took care of a vehicle that was purchased from a private seller that was a disaster! Doctor Auto goes above and beyond- answering all my questions about the service performed. Trouble shooting and advice on how to get this car in working condition. I can't say enough nice things about this shop. It's great to find such quality service in auto repair! highly recommend!

For their repair shop I'd give them a 1 out of 5 stars. They quoted me 2000 just to replace an AC compressor and condenser on an older expedition. I got it done myself for the price of parts. It was an hour job, maybe an hour and a half if you're slow. These guys are ridiculous with their mechanic quotes. For their smog check service, I gave them 5 stars. I've always gotten all my smog checks done there and they are always quick, kind, and convenient. Especially with their coupon and the free car wash with the Smog check.

I went to get a smog test so I could get my new sticker for 2025. The young lady who did the test was on her phone. When she finally said something to me, I had to ask her was she talking to me? I got my paperwork from her, and she circled the code i needed to scan at the store that has a kiosk for the DMV. I went to the albertsons store right down the street to get my sticker and it stated there is an error. I was told I needed to go to the dmv. They could bot figure out the problem, and they told me to go to triple A insurance around the corner which ended up to be about 5 miles. When I got there, there were about 15 people waiting for service. Oh yea I sat there and filled out the app for Triple A and waited for a while before I asked a guy that works there can he try to get my sticker at the kiosk in their facility. He did that for me and was also declined. guess what, when he put in my plate number,I said that is not my plate number. After 3 hours of driving from 1 place to another, I found out that the young lady who serviced my car at the smog test site made an error that cost me gas and time because she was on her phone while working and now I know which was more important to her. Do your job young lady and talk on your phone during your lunch or break.

The only mechanic I use. All the guys are really nice and informative. I never feel like I'm getting cheated here. The best part is you can even purchase the parts yourself and bring them in!
They always call me and let me know what's going on and the work is typically done the same day. Definitely recommend
