I went there today and it was fast and easy. They have a smooth process and the staff was really fun to interact with. I was in and out in under 20mins. I also saw the staff helping other customers and being kind and professional. People had questions and they really made the experience a breeze. They also offer and expedited service to get the paperwork done faster. Thanks again team, 10 out of 10 would use their service again. Almost forgot, they do Smog check as well.

Worse the guy was so grumpy and just didn’t want to do the job..he looks so frustrated cause i came 10 minutes before closing. I ask for moving permit he said not til tomorrow which they give it cause i had all the information. He just didn’t want do the work. He said he call never did i call he’s like still irritated im like is my moving permit ready he’s like ugh no!!! I’m like you said today other places they said he was supposed give it that day but he just didn’t want do the job at all was so frustrated,grumpy,irritated to do the job… worse costumer’s service

This place has the best customer service. I called ahead to ask about the wait time, and Fatima told me there wasn't one. Skeptical, I drove there, walked in, and was out in about 15 minutes. Any DMV related matters I have in the future, I'm definitely coming back here
