Great customer service, super friendly. Moving here from out of state they explained the entire registration process to me and walked my husband and I through the paperwork needed to provide to DMV. They do everything on your behalf all while being super kind. Cannot recommend them enough. Great people!

SMOG was fast & great! Paying the DMV registration part has issues with credit card payments. Great they're open on Sundays!

I had bad service at this place and one of the employees raised my voice. I asked for a title and registration service and my documents one week and they still didn't take them out and when I asked for them they told me that until the other week why couldn't they put them in? The DMV raised their voice at me, the employee of the place called Viviana and told me that my papers should be taken to another place and I told them that that was what I wanted to take them to another more competent place.

I paid for expedited title $187 to be exact, they paid off regular standard delivery at DMV stole $120 from me. I will never use their service again.

My experience was better than expected. I originally chose Smog Plus as a convenience so I didn't have to go to multiple places. But it turned out my registration would not be straight forward (sellers fault) and if I'm to be honest if I was dealing with the DMV I would probably still be racking my brain over it. Instead your people went the extra mile and figured out all the hard stuff for me and was there to ask questions when I got lost. Now that my car is registered I can't stop saying great things about your company! Thank you again for your patience and all you direction and advice in getting everything done and taken care of.
