This is not a proper dmv. Don’t waste your time! Arrived at 6.30pm and it was closed (even though sign on the door said 7pm). It is very sketchy looking building & they didn’t answer the phone.

Terrible, their site barely works and forget about calling for help. It'll just hang up on you. I cant contact the DVM via email unless i Sign in, which is the very issue I am having. Will they fix these issues? I wont hold my breath.

These people are making money for services that the clowns running this state have failed to provide through DMV. Someone came up with this scam and Sisolak turned it into a windfall for the state, those employees at DMV sit there all day doing very little and we pay gov tax and outrageous fees for registration and nobody complains.

When i first moved to Vegas, I thought the NV driver's license was made of gold due to all the hoops you have to go through to get one. Much to my dismay its still just another of plastic. Its just the services here are slower than anywhere else in the country and their online "services" are even more pathetic. THIS system is red tape, bureaucracy, and apathy personified.

And still 8 years later They take care of me and all my needs every year! I love them!! I never have an issue with them at all. Always fast service and very reliable!! They are my go to for almost all my dmv services! Ms Anna and her team are absolutely amazing

I'm currently taking this company to court, so you already know what type of business this is. On top of that, this company isn't accredited, which says a lot.

Everything that people are saying about this business is true! They have no clue what is going on; they do not complete the services, overcharge, and are scam artists. She charged me $70 to order plates and did not do any of it! I do not know how they are still in business?? Stay far away!!!! Oh, and they do not answer Better Business Bureau complaints. Don't waste your time!
