I will not return to this location very rude sales representative grabbed the purse out of my hand like I was going to steal it than here comes another lady with a freaking calculator thinking I'm going to purchase anything after grabbing it out of my hand and was just as rude as the other lady no thank you I will take my business somewhere else that knows how to treat customers .

I bought a cool looking black shirt here,,, it said dkny and the print had different colors like purple and gold it looked psychedelic, it was 20 bucks for just one shirt but I liked how it fit, well I washed it one time and the color was faded and had parts missing,,, it looked like I had owned it for a year and been washed many times, I even turned it inside out when I washed it,, I called and spoke to a lady who was very rude about it, she asked me if I had a receipt, well no, but I had the shirt and the bag from the store, I said I’m a paying customer and I wanted a quality garment, she told me she didn’t like the “verbiage” I was using.. ok you literally price clothes for me to come buy for a living, seriously chill out,, so I went there in person and showed them the shirt, they were very unhelpful she wouldn’t let me return my shirt for store credit or get a new one, I held my flashlight to the shirt because she was acting like she couldn’t see,,, she asked if that was my magnifying glass,, she just was so rude and made it clear she did not care that I got ripped off on a low quality shirt,, she was a very ugly older lady with black hair and glasses,, well I will be calling corporate about this experience, Imwill no longer shop here and I washed the shirt a second time,, the color completely came off the shirt and it no longer looks good it is completely black, and the black boarder where the colors use to be just looks blank and flat black, if I wanted a plain black o neck could of bought two for 5 bucks at shoe palace,,, this lady was so rude to me and unhelpful I will be returning to complain in person and hopefully meet the store manager, I will be bringing the shirt back and I am expecting this to be fixed, there is no reason a nice shirt should be ruined after only being washed twice

Thanks to Edgar, I bought s beautiful dress! He had a great eye for fashion and can tell your size by just looking at you. He had many ideas on how to wear this dress. He works at the South Premium Outlet in Las Vegas. Because of his expertise, he made my experience at DNKY a great experience!!!!
