Went to the DKNY store today 12-31-2023 (Las Vegas North Premium Outlet), Amanda (Employee ID(?) 920056) welcomed with the BIG smile and she went the extra help to get size, gave the advice to style...color.. etc... I want to thank Hilda for being so attentative when my sister and I came into the store. I received my carefully packed shipment promptly from the West coast to the East coast. Kudos to you Hilda, customer service isn't dead!

Very bad service... on Monday... before 8:00 pm... I went into the store with the intention of buying 2 jackets... I found the one I was looking for but I tried to ask for my sizes... and I only received bad faces and answers cutting... I had a bad taste in my mouth... really... they were 2 blonde women... really... very bad... they should place people who like to sell... totally disappointed. My wife... was very upset... greetings, I hope the comments are taken into account... I will return next time to buy and this time I will take evidence... and names... in detail.

Nice selection and good sales, as a result they run out of a lot of items and you may have to ask the staff to search your size for you. Excellent customer service and they are always patient.

Nobody helped me to find what I need. I like some items and it wasn’t my size. People who work there told me to come next week and next week again, come next week. No one offers me to buy online. They just useless, absolutely not helpful and has no function! The sales people needs to be replace.
