I been a customer to this store for more than 6 years ago and let me tell you my experience today was Awful , old lady , short hair MARIA was the WROST customer service i have ever received , im not sure if she is happy to work there or she just had a bad day but LADY its not my FAULT i just when in there to buy my wraps and she asked for id so i when back to the car and get it for her , when i go back she had me waiting for a few mins in front of the counter while she is on her headphones listen to music or idk what she was doing but DEFINITELY her CELLPHONE was more important then the customer she had me repeat what I needed like 4 TIMES and i ask her to please remove her headphones so she can hear me , and PUUUMP the lady started screaming and saying its her STORE and she is the boss and she can do whatever she wants and she denied service to me just because i told her to remove her headphones ohh WOW this is ridiculous ! Blame maria if this store loses business i definitely NOT going back thank god PALOMA its a cross the st from them people would just cross the st and received BETTER service I think the manager should see this and think twice before they hired someone he can also check cameras this happen Friday JUNE 24th 2022 Thank you maria for your HORRIBLE SERVICE If you see a old lady , short hair with glasses RUN and dont come back she might be in a bad mood
