This place charges $14 for a FEEL FREE kratom drink! Every other smoke shop in Vegas is 8.99 plus tax. It also took about 3 minutes for the worker to stop socializing while sitting with his friend and offer me service. 2nd time this has happened. Stay away!

When you're a customer there, you're quite frankly a friend of theirs. You're always welcomed and appreciated there. Even if it's out of my way I will still go to this smoke shop.

Usually my visits here are pleasant and just delightful. I’m a regular customer since it is the closest to my home.But after todays visit I don’t think I will ever be back to this shop.I had bought a vape yesterday, barely opened it today while I was on break and I noticed it’s malfunctioning.I stopped there on my way home, it was not the same person I had purchased it from.Therefore I got a very rude and unwelcoming attitude regarding my situation, she said explained I had to come back when the person I purchased it from was there. Which is understandable, I then proceeded to ask her if he would exchange it out for me. She then replied with “I don’t know it’s up to him”Telling me they don’t necessarily go off policy but off the mood they’re in at that moment. Smh very disappointed with this out come but it’s safe to say I’ll drive the little extra bit for the customer service that is deserved when spending your hard earned money in an establishment. I’d rather feel welcomed not like a inconvenience.It’s true ONE person can determine your future for the business if it was me I would no longer have her working for me. She seems miserable no need to put that off on other people smh
