What an experience!! I have been wanting a Dior Maxi Gallop backpack for a while and I finally got the one I love. Shaunna was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as I got to try a bunch of options out. I live in Nashville and the box was too big to take on the flight with me, so Shaunna literally shipped all the lux packaging so I could have it when I arrived home. I got to take the backpack with me still too! She was so accommodating and kept the champagne coming. I will now ONLY be shopping with Shauna when buying my future Dior pieces! Towards the end we got to meet the men’s manager, Tatiana too! Such a sweetheart! So excited to come back for my birthday and get another saddle bag! ?

Been here twice now, though I love crystals, the experience at Dior has been poor each time. I would definitely not go to this location and head to the Wynn instead. There seems to be lack of care for the products that are being sold and mean/clueless sales associates. The first time when buying a pair of shoes as a gift the box was messed up. When we had asked to switch the box the sales associate was rude, no water was offered just attitude. The last time I went was today 12/22/23. Even worse than the last time. I got my boyfriend a wallet online and he wanted to exchange it for a different one. The sales associate was clueless as to whether or not the item could be exchanged in store. After confirming we looked at the bifold he wanted but it had an entire stitch on the front missing. We asked if there was anymore or if we could order it from a different store since it was sold out online and she just said nope. Then proceeded to hand us the old wallet back and say, “you can return this on your own.” I then told her that according to the receipt, it could be returned in store. Horrible horrible experiences each time she obviously wanted to get us out because the sale wasn’t worth her time.

Went to Dior this past weekend to shop for some new items. The service given by Shauna (I think that's how you spell her name) was impeccable. She assisted me in my shopping process and was very helpful and informative. I will definitely come back!

I needed an international exchange done before the 30 day cutoff and this location was one of nearest locations to me (and I'm in the Pacific Northwest!) . Kim accommodated me and made sure everything was in place and in stock prior to my arrival to Vegas. When visiting the boutique, not only was Kim super kind and helpful, but so were every single one of the other associates. Loved my experience and definitely will be back!

Don’t shop here!! And if you do, make sure to check your purchase before leaving the store! This was my first purchase ever with Dior and my last. I was sold a display pair of shoes without knowing and when I went to exchange them for a different color, they wouldn’t take them back because they said they looked worn! I never took them out of the box! One shoe is perfect, and the other shoe was clearly the floor sample! I grabbed the other floor samples in the store and looked at the bottoms and they look just how mine does! Their customer service is awful. I ended up leaving the shoes in the store and will have the purchase reversed on my credit card. I went in there with the intent of exchanging colors and purchasing a hat. They lost both a sale and a customer for life.

One of my favorite brands and this boutique does not disappoint. Danny is one the best sales associate I’ve worked with! He’s very caring and understands what I am looking for. Will come back whenever I come back to Las Vegas!

I was turned away by Prada at the same location because they were closing in 15 minutes (your lost!) so decided to head out to Dior. Drew is fabulous! I was just browsing but I fell in love with the Caro bag but decided to sleep on it. I woke up the next day and still wanted it. I went back but Drew was out to lunch so JD helped me out. She is also great, not some pushy sales person but truly educates you with the items you want. Drew came back to make sure I was taken care of. I am investing a ton load of money for a purse so I expect nothing but excellent service and Dior did not disappoint!

My husband and I had a lovely experience shopping with Drew as our sales associate at this location! We shopped on a Monday morning and there was no wait to get it. We were greeted promptly. Drew was patient and complimentary and we loved his positivity and excitement for the brand. Even though I left with something small (cosmetic pouch) he made us feel special. Glad to have had a nice experience and a unique item to add to my collection!

Don’t shop at this location!!! Read the reviews!!! I should’ve check out the reviews before I stepped in this store.When pigs can fly that’s when they will answer your call. When you call this store, all calls will be answered by online customer service reps, you CAN NOT and WILL NOT get to speak to anyone who actually work at this location. If you’re EXTREMELY lucky, you might get a text or a 20 second call from May Cunanan, Customer Service Rep who works at this store.Requested the saleswoman Mayra for a brand new bag to ship to my address, received a display one with no wrapping paper…..Shipped and returned the bag through UPS Next Day Air and waited TWO WEEKS for refund. The one star is for the location.

This was my first visit to Dior location. I literally arrived 10 minutes before closing & store associate, Alena, gave me the best undivided attention. Several items were to my liking especially the sneakers. The best part she really pays to your body type to know what size & fit works best in both shoes & clothing. She’s been with the company for over 8 years, so she has the expertise. If you’re ever at Dior at CCC, ask for Alena.
