I called to inform them I was stuck at a red light, that I would be no more then 5 min late. When I arrived staff asked me for my documentation. I gave them my documents and proceeded to wait. The lady that owns the place I presume Diana came out and started talking to a friend that she saw sitting down her assistant came up to her and told her that we were we were first the other lady didn't have a appointment and Diana clearly stated well they were five minutes late which we where only 2 to 3 min late. She processed to tell the friend to take a seat, and began doing her paperwork. I told the assistant to return all other paperwork. Diana then came up to us and said well all tell her to wait. They have lost a client of 5 years due to there inability to separate job and friend relations.

Didn't have a good experience the last couple of years with these people and I didn't complain, but after my fiance told me today they're charging her $240 to file, I'm definitely not having them done here this year, nor my family who I took in last year. So you will be short 4 customers for trying to rip people off.
