This shop is a joke ! just read the accurate reviews from 4 & 5 years previous ... true ! the owner only posts positive reviews. I will NEVER do business here based on reviews I get from locals... DISHONEST SHOP ignores phone calls.

Rhonda was awesome and very attentive to my concerns. They did very well on my car even though parts are aftermarket. Only one problem, the technician did not double checked his work before he turned over my car. He missed one loosen clip and the coolant dipped a lot, so I had took it to Firestone for repair. You lose one star.

My car has been in the shop with a side door dent for over 10 days . It was promised to me in five days . Now it's going to be another 9 days . No loaner or rental provided for my inconvenience. This place should not be recommended by insurance companies. Stay away from this place. The owner/ manager can't even give me his last name . Shady owners shady business shady racket.

I brought my Jeep here and the service I receive was absolutely remarkable. Calvin took care of everything for me. He was very communicative and went above and beyond in making sure the responsible party's insurance covered everything including the rental car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diamond Collission. This place was so good to me. Worked with my insurance company and finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Calvin was so helpful and nice. Despite the circumstances, this was such a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

I took my car here to be repaired after reading all the good reviews, and I was not left disappointed. I went in for a consultation, and they took my car in the very next day. Calvin was super helpful and my car ended up looking brand new! I definitely recommend Diamond Collision Center and ask for Calvin!!
