Their not worth it even one stars it’s too much for St..id place
please people don't not buy anything from this furniture shop. first they're really nice once you hand them your money next they're starting their games!
first you not get your right furnitures, they sending you wrong one and they says oh sorry we sent you more expensive furnitures as a loaner once we get the right one we'll going to send you
but when nobody knows lol ! after two months you go to their showrooms hey boss when i get my furniture the one i place in order with you guy they'll starting fighting with you and there is crazy laday you dont know her she is Mustafa's wife hahah she start insulting you with really bad words
Finally you not get your order from them if you look their invoice smartly they have in a written there we not give your money once you give it to us hahahah be careful with this scam furniture shop their bad people
Again specially the crazy lady hahaha she is too bad c

They are the worst furniture store I have bought from, very unprofessional. Won't deliver when they say and they do all of this because they don't do refunds just store credit but of course its only said on the receipt they don't disclose it before payment. Almost a month ago I did a purchase and no delivery yet just excuses.

Great value and customer service.I got a queen mattress from this store. When the mattress arrived, I realized I didn't like this one and would like to have a different one. They tried their best to make my return & upgrade process as smooth as possible. At the end of the day, I bought the new mattress I like and they managed to replace the mattress for me the next day. I will recommend this place.

Went in today 10/03/2021, paid for a 3 piece sofa/loveseat/recliner. Paid in cash. Came home and tried to access their web page & it is missing an "m" it's www.designsbysimon.com, it takes you to a blank web page. The business card they gave me is Designs by Simon, with an "m" missing. I hope I didn't get scammed. $2049 in cash! The address and phone number is correct on the business card and receipt. I will add more stars if this is not a scam! I added 3 more stars because I got my sofa set on 10/05/2021 and even tho not exactly what I ordered, but close enough, I will recommend this place to my friends :)
