I rented a scooter from my casino valet station with no problem. However after 30 minutes my battery was dying and had to be pushed back to hotel, at which time the switched out my scooter. We took the scooter up to the room and didn't use it again that day or the next as we were on a tour. After being charged the full 12 hours + We attempt a new day with the scooter. We took a handicap van to our venue and after 15 minutes battery going dead again on scooter number 2. We then Exchanged it for yet another scooter that looked newer and used it the rest of that evening with know problems at all. However I feel we wasted 2 days that I had payed for. No refund! Beware!

Way better than dealing with their competitor Scooterbug in Las Vegas. Scooters are in better condition and they are not throttled to the point where it's hard to go over an incline such as in front of Venetian. Customer service is good. With scooter bug. I had to call a couple of times to get a scooter replacement which took hours and I was stuck in one place waiting for them to you. Finally deliver a new scooter but the process just trying to get scooter bag to answer their phone was absolutely ridiculous! I have never had this sort of issue, and I've never had to exchange, a scooter with Desert Medical

While visiting family in Las Vegas, we rented a mobility scooter from Desert Medical Equipment through Planet Hollywood Casino Valet Department for our three day stay. It was stolen less than 24 hours later and we were charged $1,600. I advise this company to be more forthcoming about all of the keys being generic (all the mobility scooter keys are the same)It caused a great deal of stress for my grandmother who was celebrating her 80th birthday. After getting home she was still distraught, I'm writing this to warn those that may need a mobility scooter to be cautious while traveling. There should have been anti-theft security measures. We should have been told upon rental how easily these machines can be taken.I hope this post helps to prevent others from going through this unfortunate event.Photo is of Nana on her mobility scooter about an hour before having it taken while she was in the restroom at Paris Las Vegas.

BEWARE FOUND AIRTAG IN SCOOTER. Basically they were able to track my every location and know when I was in or out of my room which is very scary. Bell hop at hotel took very seriously and traded scooters however desert medical has yet to call me back.

I was in Vegas for 6 days and I realized with my bad back I wasn't going to be able to walk as much. I was staying in Harrahs and I was told to go to the Luggage area and they would help me there. I applied online and paid for the time I needed and was immediately provided the wheelchair. I was very pleased to have received it in the same place I was staying and how easy it would be to return. Overall excellent customer service.

Scooter was good but they tried to WAY overcharge me. Take a picture of their rate card when you rent from them! They quoted me $100 for 5-7 day rental. After renting, they sent two bills: $214 for the initial rental plus another for $120 as "overage beyond the contracted rental period" and we only rented for 5 days! They have now refunded the $120 "overage." I am waiting to see if they adjust the $214 down to $100 (maybe plus tax). I suspect they just charge people a lot more than the contracted price hoping some won't bother to look at their bill, and protest.

I WAS GOING TO LAS VEGAS SO I ORDED A WHEEL CHAIR FROM DESERT MEDICAL. IT WAS SO EASY AND VERY NICE ON PHONE, SHE SAID CHAIR WOULD BE AT BELL DESK WHEN I ARRIVED. WHEN I GOT THERE CHAIR WAS THERE, NICE CLEAN VERY HAPPY WITH IT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

For many years we have been getting scooters from various places in Las Vegas. I must say This was the best place to rent the scooters. They were very easy to do business with and the scooters were brand new. They held a charge for a long time, as we did a trade show. I highly recommend them. The scooters were delivered to our hotel on time, and they were picked up as arranged. They are the best!

I have been renting adjustable beds from Desert Medical for my disabled son for our trips to Vegas. I have always been pleased with the professionalism and dependable service they provide. They are always so prompt and courteous when delivering, setting up and picking up the bed. They have a customer for life!

Scam artists! I rented a cart for initially for 2 days, but due to problems on the trip I needed to return the cart a day early. They happily took the cart back to re-rent to the next person but kept my money for the 2 days. I called to dispute and they said too bad, there are no refunds. They also refused to give me a receipt showing proof of return so all I could do was take a picture of their return roster.

I visit Las Vegas frequently. On my last few trips, I have requested mobility scooters so that I can be a little more adventurous. I cannot do a lot of walking, so the scooters are the perfect companion!! I have been 100% pleased with the service that I received from Desert medical. The equipment has been in top-notch condition and the young lady that I spoke with by the name of Angela assisting me with all of my questions and she always the confirms my reservation and makes sure that my scooters are available when I arrive. My casino host was of no assistance AT ALL, so I now call Desert Medical directly and I have not had any problems. I highly recommend using Desert Medical for scooters!! Don’t depend on your Casino Host, make your reservation in advance by calling Angela or reserving online. Definitely 5-Star service!!
