Dusty and Amy went out of their way to help me determine if some Birkenstocks from elsewhere were genuine, fortunately they were. Amy is so knowledgeable about the brand and told me they can take a size smaller and change the uppers to a new larger footbed for me! I never would’ve thought that was possible! Delightful owner Amy! I will be back!

I bought my husband two pairs of Birkenstock sandles for his birthday. The lady who waited on us was very helpful in finding just the right pair of sandles that fit my husband feet. He was very happy ?

First time buying Birkenstocks and coming into this store. They had so many options but just not in my size. But the customer service was amazing and so patient with try to find the style I wanted but not having in my size it. Loved the fact that they do repairs there too! I just wish they had a location near to the south end of town.

Horrible experience! I drove all the way from Henderson to see if they accept birkenstock returns and also to see if they have a certain clog for my husband. The lady that was there was extremely rude and short. She said no, we don't accept returns from online... which was fine with me. Then I asked if they had clogs. She said, " No, we are all out. We have 5 left, and they are suede or a certain leather. And we only have big sizes. Then she turned away. She had no idea what I was looking for. She just had many excuses on why she wasn't going to sell anything to me. Again, the clogs weren't for me. I've pulled out the race card 3 times in my years, and this will be one of the times. Lady, God bless you, and I hope you don't treat everyone of a different ethnicity like this! Everyone else in there was taken care of very well as I saw while looking around.

Dusty very very helpful and patient with y shopping, he made sure I try different tope of Birkenstocks so I could find the right pair, I had just left 5th Avenue and their service was poor compared to Dusty.Thank you Dusty you have gain a customer for sure!

My Madrid Birkenstocks received new cork, soles and taps. They are so very comfortable to wear. Thanks to your great cobbler and staff. I purchased a pair of Birk’s hiking saddles which are super comfortable walking around Hawaii. Thank you Desert Birkenstock.

Clean store, excellent customer service. Employees took time to listen to what I needed to help me decide on a shoe and took time to make sure my shoes fit correctly. I’m very happy with the shoes I got & the service. If your feet are bothering you go check them out with their knowledgeable employees! Parking isn’t the best.
