I just experienced racial discrimination at this store. The guy that came to the door asked me what I needed. I told him some paint brushes and a paint palette. And I was told that they don’t allow browsing. I informed him that I wasn’t there to browse, I was there to grab a few things for school and he closed(and locked) the door in my face. I don’t think that’s appropriate behavior for a business.

A fairytale dream palace of wonders and delights! You won’t believe your eyes as each direction you turn, more glorious treasures appear before you!
Either dive in while-heartedly or avert your gaze, as one visit through those deadbolted doors, and you will never visit the trash that is Blick’s, Michael’s or Snobby Lobby ever again!
I need to go back soon, as I need more supplies for the shrine I am building to honor Desert Art Supplies in my living room!

I've been using Desert Art supplies for all of my framing for over 20 years. Outstanding work and great employees. James, Harrison, and Ty are incredibly talented designers.

It's advantage is it's the only art store anywhere around this area. The door is locked and both times I was there I felt like I'm bothering the employee with my questions. Selection is small prices are high but the quality of what I purchased was good

Great spot with a more refined and much better quality selection than Michael’s. They keep the door locked to keep out bums (respect!!!), and they sell a lot more book binding supplies than Michael’s, like beautiful handmade papers. Excellent customer service was provided to me both in person and over the phone. Highly recommend.

First want to start by saying, I loved my experience here! When you get to the front door I think they really up their safety by locking/unlocking the door for customers. They have everything you could possibly need in my opinion! I was looking to try out gouache, and the gentleman who helped me was very informative and kind. The customer service was top notch. I will definitely be a returning customer for this business!

Great hidden gem art supply in Vegas. Kind men working there. My lady wanted some nice watercolor (which they have a great selection of high quality)They have just about everything “paint” as well as silicones, pencils of all variety, stuff you won’t find easily in a commercial art store. They even do framework which the gentleman was very kind. He kept the door open for us since my partner is hard of walking. They even threw in a complimentary paint to try out and we are happy to come back in the future :)
