Just had my truck fixed, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Liz was wonderful. She informed me of what was being done and gave me a time frame. They had my truck looking brand new and was even detailed. Will be referring everyone to them.

Had my vehicle at Cyclop Collision Center, and it was the best experience from start to finish. Liz and George are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Made my stressful situation of having a wrecked car into a smooth and easy situation. I highly recommend this collision center to everyone.

I had an accident 2 weeks ago my insurance send me here and i can say this place is awesome! I had so many doubts of how the outcome was going to look like due past work but wow! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Good as new! Liz was a very helpful and caring, keeping me updated with all that was going on with my car. Everyone did an excellent job.

I have been taking my truck twice to them for service always so responsive help me so much to deal with the insurance for immediate response. I really hop I don't get into another accident but if I ever need them I would reach out again all personnel are so helpful specially Liz

This is the second time I've had a car repaired at Cyclop. Given that my car is two decades old, I was worried about whether anyone could effectively restore it. However, Cyclop exceeded my expectations by restoring my car to its original condition. Their effortless and professional matter left me impressed. I recommend this shop to anyone. I had to get my bumper fixed after my husband backed into another car and dented it to all hell. Cyclop did a fantastic job, I can’t even tell there was damage and it only took a week to fix! ****beware*****Horrible customer service. They charged me double for a wheel alignment estimate done thru meineke. Left my truck out front with a dead battery and left me stranded becouse they left when I was returning rental car

Very sloppy interaction with the receptionist and Liz, the estimator.Liz was very unprofessional and sloppy. She did not make it clear what my role as a customer was in moving the estimate process forward. Wasted two weeks of my time.Then she acted defensive and rude when I called her out on her lazy mistake.Very unpleasant experience. Luckily I never got the work done there. But it makes me wonder how they treat dissatisfied customers when they actually do get work done there.Instead of fixing their mistakes in a professional manner, they probably argue with the customer.Mistakes happen... But it's how you address the mistake and make it better for the customer that's important.

very content with the services cyclop collision provided me with. liz would text me any time there was an update on my vehicle & kept me up to date with everything without me needing to reach out. everything was handled professionally and in a timely matter. 10/10!

My car has been at their shop since Jan 28th. They have been saying all they needed was the cylinder for the ignition this entire time. I did the legwork because they would not and I contacted Kia and got the part sent for them. They kept saying they had no ETA on when they have the part. No ETA on when they have the part, I called Kia and had a conversation with Kia and one week later they had the part in hand, they had the car for over two months at this time. Now after I did what they couldn't or wouldn't to get the part in their hand they are telling me that even though they had all the other parts since the first week of February they have not touched my car this entire time. And that it will be another 3+ weeks making it 3-4 months they have had my car. This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. Especially since they led me to believe that once they got the ignition cylinder my car would be done. For two months every time I called to check on the status of my vehicle, Liz just kept saying we're just waiting on getting the ignition cylinder but we have no ETA on when it will be in stock. Never once said that they hadn't even started on my car that they've had all the parts for since the first week of February. So then when I asked to speak to Liz's supervisor a man named George got on the phone who says he's the owner but who knows who decided that it was best to just yell and scream at me and tell me how his guys are not qualified to push a car around that has no ignition in it and to tell me that I do not know how to work on a car so I shouldn't be telling them what needs done to my car when all I wanted was answers as to why they've sit on the parts in my car for over two months and not touched it he wanted to yell and scream at me that they're not slaves even though they've already been paid by the insurance for all of the work and they haven't done anything at all in over two months. I definitely would not recommend taking it any car to the shop. Unfortunately I didn't choose where my car went. The insurance company did.
