The pharmacy here has always sucked when it comes to making sure they have your medicine in stock so it's ready on the day it is due to be picked up Now they have made it so that you cannot call and talk to a pharmacist and you have to leave a voice-mail and wait on them to call YOU! NOT at all suitable for urgent pharmacy needs and today marks the day I switched to smith's pharmacy because of it! I don't recommend this cvs location to anyone.

The pharmacy here is the best. The people are very helpful even when they are really busy.

This is the worst pharmacy for helping people. I used a manufacturer coupon for a prescription and now they had to put a new label on it. She said go get in line and I’ll have it for you. Get to the cashier and she like have a seat they’ll call you when they get it done. She can’t walk over there and ask them for it, really!!! Going on 10 minutes now plus. There’s like 6 people behind the counter.

3 reasons why this CVS location is the worst:
1. NO SELF CHECKOUT! You read that right...zero self checkout stations (it's not like this is a super bad area, so I don't understand).
2. There's never any staff present at the front counter.
3. There's always a long line and takes FOREVER to checkout (probably due to 1&2 above).
4. Many shelves in the cosmetics section are bare constantly.
5. Half the store is locked up in cases (again it's not like this is a super bad area so I don't understand, and with the lack of workers it's extremely annoying to constantly have to call for help).
6. When you can find a worker they're not very friendly (the younger woman usually there is the nicest I suppose).
7. They NEVER have anything in stock that their website says should be in stock (I've wasted so much time and energy here ugh).
Oh, I said only 3 right...
Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

CV s has always been a great store but now they have everything locked up and I don't want to have to disturb One of the employees to come over and Unlock the cabinet.

James & Kyra (I hope I got their names right!) were amazing. Kyra who was very kind, put a rush on my order so I was able to get what I needed very quick. James (I think that was his name) his name tag mentioned supervisor & through all the busyness he stayed positive, bright and very friendly to all the people in line. Give them raises!!

Pharmacy sucks. Holding for over 20 minutes then they answer to say that they are closing and not able to help. Screenshot taken about 5 to 10 minutes before they answered.

Service and common sense is lacking at this pharmacy. I called in a refill two days ago, for a medication I'll call R. I went today to pick up that medication along with three other Rx's. R wasn't on the list and I asked what the reason was as I called in the refill earlier this week. The cashier said I had to take it to "drop off". I asked why do I have to stand in another line when I already called it in, and if it's not ready you should give it to the "drop off". My whole point: why make it the customers problem? She then said "oh I think I can submit it on the computer". That's not the worst part. I called to share my feedback with the manager Nicole. Well, Nicole spent more time telling me that it's not the cashiers job and "yes you would have to take it to drop off". How disappointing that a Manager fails to see the lack of common sense and instead is defending her stores workflows. Nicole I couldn't care less what your workflows are...you as CVS should be looking at ways to minimize hassle for your paying customers. Talk about a checklist mentality - stuck in a process instead of doing things logically. I asked for her manager's name and she said Natalie, who doesn't have a phone number or email. If I want to send a written communication I have to go online and complete a survey. Well, looks like I'm writing to CVS Corporate.

No wonder why this place has 3 stars the pharmacy technician and pharmacist her self are awful people. Can't even answer simple questions about my mother's narcotics. To hell with them all...0 stars... DON'T USE THIS LOCATION.

Terrible customer service, called 3x to ask about a prescription and each time they picked up just to hang up the phone. It's better to come in person so they can't avoid you and actually do their job and help you.

The wonderful people working at this store on 12/21/2023 were so professional and kind. They assisted us with our photos and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you again.
