Walking into the neighborhood cornerstore convenient store around 10am wasn't the issue. The issue was walking up to the Pharmacy. The lack of soft skills, and sense of employees who didn't express gratitude for their employment is the problem. For the most part, I am a pretty neutral personality. I give and show respect. Nothing over the top, but a simple "Hi! How are you Today?!" Goes a long way. I've worked Customer Service for about 10+ years. It's true when they say that when you work with a company, you are the face of who you're representing. I believe in not only looking presentable, it doesn't have to be over the top, but something as simple as brushing your hair, teeth; doing something for our personal hygiene; that's not where I'm going with this. The point is showing up for yourself; number one. Doing a self wellness check before you clock in. I mean you're clocking in for a paycheck right? You're going to be seeing, and working with many people. The question is, if you're an employee, do you not think each customer is deserving of a simple and thoughtful question of how they're doing? I'm not saying to be completely empathetic, but, show some commonality or a smidge of interest, in the customer. Why do I have such arbitrary thoughts on a pharmacy technician and how she felt she couldn't even provide me with the same respect as any other customer? I'm not easily offended, but I work hard to ensure that everyone receives equal treatment. Disappointed to say the least. It's not often that I am at the Pharmacy for medicines, I would like to receive the same treatment. Not just at CVS, but anywhere.

Came in to see if their holiday stuff was out yet, as I’m looking for something in particular that says it is in stock at this location on the app. When I approached Melody she was rude and her response was “I don’t know” to every question I asked. If you don’t have an answer for anything maybe you shouldn’t be working here. I would have appreciated some effort to find out at least when their Halloween holiday stuff would be out on shelves and she seemed like I was bothering her for simply asking. She could have asked her coworkers or anyone else to see if they had an answer for me as there were other people in the store but she couldn’t be bothered to even do that. Too bad that this is the poor customer service that this location has.

Don't go here for Minute Clinic services. You will wait forever and won't even get the courtesy of a sorry for the wait. If you have insurance, go elsewhere.

They changed the staff so now they have some 'horrible ..repulsive' people working the front end who have no business working in customer service.This woman with horribly dyed sun in dye blonde hair and she loves to loaf around the store standing in the aisles stalking people. I already sent one complaint to corporate.This Cvs keeps going down down hill.

Pharmacy drive thru window 4th in line, but been nearly 25 minutes still in 3rd. This is supposed to be pick up or drop off transaction. Why is there a car in the window haven't moved for almost 15 minutes if there is an issues with their transaction they should moved them aside so other can move on. REALLY! IT'S CALLED MANAGEMENT. so done with this pharmacy moving my prescriptions somewhere else now

The worst CVS I ever had. Tried to replace cphone charger they recommend whic doesn't fit with my cellphone 4 hrs after i bought it. I was Told by this mean big lady in braid that i cannot open to fit even in front of her because it's stealing. I apologized but she just gave me mean look and then I was told I cannot returned items since I used coupon and coupon will not work again anymore. Then rushing me if I will buy or not. So difficult to deal with. This will be my first and last time to go on this cvs. Very close to my federal office but will rather drive far away to avoid this mean lady in cashier. Not even helping me for the product I need but instead accusing me for stealing. Very bad Very bad.

This is the most ghetto and unprofessional cvs I've ever been to. Let's be honest, cvs as a brand isn't my favorite I prefer Walgreens. But my insurance has more coverage through cvs so here I am. This one is the closest to my house it is literally on the way home. I can't tell you how many times I pull up through the drive thru and they have randomly closed it and make you come inside or how many times they close it early when there is still time to get your prescriptions. Don't get me wrong I don't mind going in but when I had just had a second c section and needed my medications or when I have a new born in the car and they purposefully close the drive thru mid day it's so unprofessional and ghetto. They use these random scraps of paper and sloppy hand writing to tell you to go into the store. Than in the store i go wait in line to check out and an employee gives me attitude and tells me i could use self check out... I DONT WORK HERE i will not scan my products that's what you are here for, do your job. I HATE this place. From the pharmacy to the inside no one wants to help or work. Just demolish the building already it's a waste.

The manager DAN is not helpful whatsoever . Went in to get pictures , waited 45 mins for him to tell me that he couldn't fix help me . Before hand I asked a simple question... can you help me figure out how to apply the coupons on my order , it doesn't give you an option z Basically he told me no and that he couldn't apply any discounts . (Which as a manager he most def had a way to make it happen ) Complete WASTE OF TIME . Not knowledgeable or accommodating by any means .

Need a Covid result? You followed every process possible to ensure to book and arrive in a timely manner?Willing to wait on site and ask for the results? Promised to receive the test within 2 hours by the nurse. You wait patiently as the hours go by and no link or emails for the results provided. You call and call the number and with a miracle that you maybe able to reach a human. I called 9 times before I was able to connect to someone who simply told me to call else where. Everything is automated and if it doesnt understand, it simply hangs up. The automated message keeps advising that you will get a link but that does not happen.Highly disappointed with the process. It's highly unprofessional and inconvenient for travellers. Ended up having to miss the flight since I never received a copy of the results

Just got left high and dry by this place. Had scheduled a Rapid COVID two weeks ago to take a trip (required). The night before we were scheduled for our test, we received a notice that our test was cancelled. I called CVS COVID line and they made no effort to try to accommodate at another location under the circumstances. They’ve left us in a lurch at the last minute. Not happy….
