This CVS location used to be a reliable stop, but in recent weeks it’s gone downhill fast, especially the pharmacy. The store is open 24 hours, but what’s the point when service is as slow as it is? The lines for prescription pick-up are unbearable — you’ll wait 45 minutes only to be told to wait in another line for an additional 20-30 minutes. Basic issues that should be handled at the first window end up dragging on because of a lack of training and proper organization.
The pharmacy is clearly understaffed, and the employees seem overwhelmed, which leads to mistakes and frustrating delays. It’s impossible to walk into this location and have a smooth experience anymore.
And that’s just the pharmacy. The rest of the store isn’t any better. The place feels dirty, with a grimy entrance that smells off. The refrigeration section is poorly stocked, and I’ve seen expired products more than once. Several items are broken or in disrepair, and it seems like no one is in charge of maintaining the store. Overall, this location is poorly managed and needs serious improvement.
It’s sad to see such a decline at what used to be a great CVS.

I don’t know why this pharmacy has so many bad reviews. I was a new patient, got scripts filled, in less than 20 minutes I was in and out! Pharmacist was extremely helpful and friendly.

Pharmacy transfered my medicine and got it ready was so good with customer service and awesome I appreciate it The white guy with nice hair helped me didn't judge me and showed diversity and respect for all races his attitude his response his willingness made my day these type of people show why CVS should be standing proud and I want to say Thanks

I normally don't like writing reviews, but given I keep having the same experience, might as well.If I could give this CVS no stars, I would. Back in Janurary I had a terrible ear infection that had me in so much pain, I was struggling to do my work properly, but i had no time to call out. So needless to say I needed the medication fast to put an end to this. My clinic sent the medication a few hours after my visit, I still waited 2-3hrs to see if it was ready from that point and stopped by. When I went in, I was told it wasn't ready and to wait about another hour and I'd get a text. I waited almost 2hrs and still no text, so I went in again to check. I was then told at the counter to wait ANOTHER hour. I was irritated, but didn't have a choice so I came back exactly an hour later. That time I was told it wasn't ready and just to come back once I got a text. This time with no eta, I was so upset because I couldn't even go back to the clinc I had gone to anymore. They offered it to me there on the spot, but I chose not to as it was double the price. However, I was in so much pain, I didn't care at this point. I just wanted the dang medication. The clinic was sadly closed and I had to give up for the night...I then had to wait until I got off shift the next day and SURPRISE! Still wasn't ready, not sure why I believed it would be different that time. I ended up going to the clinic. I even told them to forget it and not fill the prescription at that point. Yet, for some reason, they still filled it...almost 3 days after I needed it. Then, ironically, spamming me every day for 2 weeks sending me texts to pick it up. I thought it was only held for 7 days? Guess not. Anyway, I was left furious.Now here I am again, not with my own medication, but my mother's and I am seeing the same pattern. Got out of the clinic, got a notification from them that the prescription was sent, waited a few hours, but this time got a text saying 1 of 2 were ready. That the second medication would be ready at 6:45pm. I waited almost an hour after that and guess what? Not ready. Not even the one I was TOLD was ready. Only difference today was that I was asked to wait 3-4hrs for it to be ready, not 1hr like usual. Crazy. The doctor wanted my mother to start her medication right away. Looks like this won't be happening thanks to this mess of a pharmacy.It used to be so good a years back, I don't understand what happened...all good things must come to an end I guess. All I can say is, don't come here. Go anywhere, but here. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy after this, last time I ever try to get something filled here. There are other pharmacies closer to my home. Only reason I came here for their customer service, but if that's gone, no point in trying again.

The pharmacy does not provide accurate time for medication. The drive thru takes so long for them to attend to. I chose not to go inside because of how sick and contagious I was. I waited almost an hour. Never ordering my prescriptions from this location.

Their customer service was exceptional. Everyone was nice and welcoming. had a question about a product, and Regan didn't hesitate to help and actually found the product i was looking for. Overall, my experience with this location was outstanding.

The only reason I've been using this pharmacy is the convenience of how close it is to home and it being 24/7. I haven't had a problem with customer service, everyone I've interacted with so far has been fine, but the wait time on refills for some of these medicines is outrageous. Also, the fact that there are reviews from 4 years ago complaining about the same thing that still happens to this very day ( ex: pharmacy just straight up not answering their phones? ) just says a lot about how the place is ran. Unfortunate.

I highly "DONT" recommend using this pharmacy. I've used a few different drive through pharmacy's over the years but Almost every time I go to this location it takes forever. When I go it's never real busy but takes forever. Not sure what else's they do in the drive through besides pick up and drop off but I've waited over 20 minutes with only one car head of me. Filling prescriptions also takes a while. Basically have to drop off as early as you can so maybe it will be filled before they close. If you need any prescriptions I would go somewhere else or you will just waste a lot of time using this one. Going inside location you get the same service so at least they are consistently slow.
