The customer service is terrible. Only once of the cashier is willing to help you and answer questions. My five starts go to the African American cashier who is always willing to help you out and answer questions. The rest of the workers are rude, unprofessional and do not provide any customer service at all.

Sharon is amazing and holding down the entire store by herself as cashier and walking down the aisles unlocking items for customers. Management should be on the floor more instead of in the back help out their employees out. Give that woman a raise!

HORRRIBLEEEE SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY. HORRRIBLE!!! NO WONDER IT HAS NO GOOD REVIEWS. SO RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, NO GOOD EXPLANATION. I went August 27,2025 @9:30pm and THE LADIES ARE SO RUDE. You’re there to get medicine to feel better & then you feel worse because of how rude and ugly they talk to you.

Love this pharmacy, they communicate well and make sure to actually inform you on medication interactions unlike the rival store starting with a W that shall not be named 😌

Update I spoke to an attorney and what the pharmacy did is considered medical negligence. pharmacy will never have your medication when it's due and they always say it's because they are short staffed and if you wait it will be a minimum of 4 hours according to the staff

This is the worst location in the city. The pharmacist and techs are very rude. There is always a line. They don't acknowledge guest as we are waiting in line. They need to do better. I watched them be very rude to a elderly disabled female who was trying to get well needed medication. This pharmacy needs to be shut down. This is nonsense. Do better people

I spent precious minutes, for the second time, waiting for service at CVS/Bonanza, because my supplement was not on the shelves and I couldn't find out if the store had it in stock. This is because there are no employees in the store and there is no point in having the product if the customer cannot find it.

So I asked how much is the limit to add money onto chime at one time and the worker said with attitude 500, when I looked it up when I got home and no it's 1,000. ...she could see I had an envelope with more then that in it as I held it right there.....

Terrible, went to pick up my prescription. Waited 1 hour to be ready, then they missed to give me a second medication. Drove here because of the 24h but now waisted 2 hours plus.
