I just left CVS Pharmacy. The young lady behind the counter asked for my name three times. I asked if she couldn't hear me and handed my driver's license to her. She said she didn't need it, when she came back with my prescription she actually threw it at me. WOW, so unprofessional.

I purchased a nasal rinse machine at CVS using my insurance debit card. It did not work. I attempted to return it. The cashier told me it is a CVS policy to deny returns if it was purchased with an insurance debit card. When I got home I read the CVS Return Policy and nowhere did it state that insurance cards purchases were not returnable. This is a $110. purchase!!! I am a senior on a limited income and can not afford to replace it.
This is not right! I will have to be desperate before I will make another purchase at CVS. Unfortunate, CVS is close to my home and like most older folks, I have spent a lot of money there with prescriptions, and healthcare items. No more!!!

There is a disgusting level of malaise and lack of care for patient health. When out of stock on a medicine needed immediately, there is nothing but shoulders, and they suggested that I call another location to see if it available. God forbid they reach out and help me. These are disgusting people, and switching to Walgreens seems the best course.

Waited 30 minutes in line inside the store to pick up my prescription, and another 15 because they didn’t have it ready yet.
This was worse than usual, but 20-30 minutes is normal. I feel bad for the pharmacy employees.
The pharmacy is obviously mismanaged and short staffed. This is why I quit going to Walgreens.

The newest CVS business venture is very interesting. At 6pm, they have diversified their sales portfolio this past month into food sales. Even the exterior of the business has burn marks in dedication.

Awful Customer service … Pharmacist very condescending and not willing to help more then he had to… I am in too much pain to write all that happened … this pharmacist wouldn’t except the info from Walgreens … find a different company… I tried another CVS and that was no better. All happened from 6pm to 7pm …

I had to use the bathroom as I had just driven from Las Vegas Motor Speedway to pick up a prescription on October 27, 2023. After getting the prescription and asking if I could use the bathroom, the pharmacy said yes and to just ask the lady upfront for access. Well, the lady upfront lied to me and said the store didn't have a bathroom and was incredibly rude about it. I told her the pharmacy said I could use the bathroom, and now you're telling me you don't have a bathroom? So the pharmacy is lying? She walked away and ignored me. I was very disappointed as this lady is clearly someone who suffers from some physical handicaps and couldn't muster up enough empathy to allow me to use the bathroom.

They close during lunch instead of alternating lunch breaks. The lights on the parking lot don't work. The drive thru is super slow. And they always have people at their door begging for donations to different causes. Horrible pharmacy.

I went through the drive through to pick up a prescription. I sat there after hitting the notify button for about 15 minutes, while the girl behind the window ignored me. She went so far as to put a bag up to her face to block her view to the window like some infant playing hide and seek. Did she actually think that if she couldn't see me then I couldn't see her? This child has no business being in a customer facing position. All she had to do was acknowledge my presence and let me know it would be a few minutes.It just astounds me that any company would hire anyone who couldn't be bothered to do their jobs and I've encountered two girls there with that attitude. I will never go back there again and would strongly advise going somewhere else for prescriptions.The other store employees seemed to be just fine.

This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse!!! Doesn't matter if you wait in the car line or go inside it's gonna take forever to get your prescription. The customer service is at an all time low as well, if you take anything from this post know that they are closed from 1:30-2, you know the normal lunch time break, lol.
