This CVS is an excellent store! The staff is available and caring, and help resolve problems. For example, CHI, a pharmacist really helped with an insurance issue, and Bill, at checkout explained the extra bucks program carefully and with kindness. THIS IS A GREAT STORE!!

Yesterday I had to call EIGHT PHARMACIES to find my wife’s migraine medication, and this was the only one who has it in stock. We didn’t have insurance to pay for the pills, and the staff were able to find my a significant discount when they turned out to be eye-wateringly expensive.So impressed with the pharmacy team!

I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. I’ve been using them for about 10 years and I will continue to send my prescriptions! Any time a issue arrives, they always handle it professionally and promptly. I had a horrible experience with Walgreens on Del Webb, and the pharmacy team at this CVS was the knight in shining armor. They are prompt to answer the phone, and they keep you updated even when you’re standing in the store waiting for the prescriptions to be filled/fixed etc. What took Walgreens hours to figure out/attempt to handle, took a maximum of 30 minutes for this team to do. A+ highly recommend! Thank you CVS Pharmacy team!!

Worst CVS pharmacy ever. First of all the yelp information is incorrect. There is no drive-through. Secondly, their hours are incorrect because they close down for lunch but they don’t tell you till you park, walk to the back of the store where the pharmacy is, and the clerk rudely holds up her finger and says “we are only helping these customers (at the counter). We are closed for lunch. Come back at 2”.Definitely will not be using them again.I said “I just got a text that my prescription is ready for pickup”. Same response, still with the finger up.Terrible customer service when they don’t value their customers time and are rude.Put a sign up on the front door that indicates when the pharmacy is closed for lunch and update your website hours.Truly, the rudest pharmacy assistant I’ve ever run across at a CVS or any pharmacy.

I think this has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. I transferred prescriptions here and they claimed not to have received them and that the prior pharmacy was not willing to resend the information. They told me to contact each doctor to get a new prescription sent. What???? Are you kidding me??? I called the prior pharmacy and they explained the situation to me. Once they transfer, they no longer have an RX as their ownership, I get that. They also told me CVS can request a verbal transfer. Why didn't CVS do this in the first place? I called CVS back and had to speak to 2 different staff members to explain this. Finally, after a week, CVS was able to get my RX in the system. They claimed to never have received the transfer fax. A FAX? Isn't this all automated these days and queued in the system electronically??? One of my RX was out of stock. They told me 2 days. It's almost a week now and still waiting. 2 full frustrating weeks of dealing with this pharmacy for 4 simple RXs. Save yourself time and frustration, choose a different pharmacy. I'll be moving all my new RXs somewhere else. CVS Corporate really needs to step in here and do a full assessment of the pharmacy workflow and operational processes.

My doctor called to get 3 prescription filled. I was there with my doctor when my doctor called. I go to pick up and they only had 1 of the 3 things and says there's no record of anything else. Then I had my doctor call the pharmacy while I'm there and the female pharmacy isn't refuses to answer the phone. Wtf is wrong with her

Bigger lady working at the front Christmas morning was very rude. I called back asking if I left an item at the self check out because I lost it, she immediately had an attitude and hung up on me. Trust me, I understand how disappointing it is working on a holiday, but there is no reason to be disgusting towards customers simply asking a question.

The store has been out of the Tussin brand and pretty much all cough medicines for months. The shelves are empty. I hear Florida has it. What gives?
