This pharmacy should be against the law you cant speak to anyone over the phone about your prescriptions only doctors have authority to do so ..i called for a week got no call back...This pharmacy should be looked into ..

Staff at the pharmacy and store are nice. The reason for the review is the new leave a message and will call you back at the pharmacy but If I'm calling it's because I wanted to speak to someone right away not that I wanted to leave a message and maybe receive a call later right away whenever... CVS please for the love of God stop using automated voice response systems! Literally no one likes talking to those things when we call a number we want to speak with a person not a machine I just spent 10 minutes of my life yelling at the freaking machine to let me even leave a message I told it pharmacy millions of times and it's still tried to direct me elsewhere. Absolutely horrendous The staff at the place is good but the management no whoever came up with IVRs.

I would give this pharmacy a 0 stars if I could. I asked this pharmacy to transfer 2 prescriptions that were ordered from them by mistake to MY pharmacy over a month ago. Instead, they keep trying to fill the prescriptions which then messes up my insurance for picking up the meds from my regular pharmacy. Because of this mix-up, I ended back up in the hospital because I missed 4 doses of heart meds. Good thing I didn’t die!

This CVS off of Tropicana and Jones is horrible. Staff is rude they don't greet you or ask if you need any help. When asking about product's they don't even try to help you. Shelves are practically empty nothing being stock while employee's only stand around. When you purchase an item and go back for something you forgot, they tell security to walk the isle to follow you. So I returned everything I bought from there and left

Thank you to the staff members of the pharmacy, specially Anna (I hope I heard it correctly her name being called) I forgotten and left my cell phone at the counter after Anna checked me out. Their team member called my husband immediately. The cashier also is always courteous and friendly.

I came in to pick up a new medication today and waited in the consultation line for the pharmacist to explain the possible side effects and to talk about drug interactions and to answer questions I had and she was very distracted helping a different person and called me forward and rushed through the process which frustrated me. Her entire job is to provide pharmacy consultation and she just blew me off. /:

I am very displeased with the communication from the pharmacy. I will not shop or fill any future prescriptions with CVS. I do not appreciate how I was treated as a patient and being caught in the middle of a dispute they had with a doctor. I have since found a wonderful pharmacy that treats patients like people. With care and respect.
