This is the worst pharmacy I have seen since 50 years they can't read a prescription my Dr. Sent them a prescription on march 13 it wasn't filled as of today April/4/2024Because they are ignorant and don't care about the patient wellbeing obnoxious incompetent staff I swithed to onother pharmacy and they filled the same prescription in 15 minutes if I had to wait for Cvs I would have died ??

Stopped to get light bulbs for a vanity and paid over 40 dollars for 4 light bulbs. I thought that was outrageous I paid with a MasterCard gift card I received it took all of that and 5 dollars cash but that was not the kicker they was the wrong type so I had to return them the last at the register was so rude she acted like I stole the bulbs. So as she is doing the return she ask me for my card I told her it was a gift card I used all it had on it so I threw it away. So she then called her even ruder manager which was totally unprofessional judgemental and just plain damn rude. She insisted I had to have a card for a refund I told her again I threw it away I said I have my personal debit card but it's not the one I used and she told me that any card will work so I used my card and I have still not received my 35 dollar refund so I guess she kept that.

Shopping at CVS was a delightful experience. With the help of the clerk at a cash register, i was able to purchase a well needed ankle brace. The CVS Health product remedied quickly to initiate healing. There is goodness at CVS, and everywhere I looked i was welcome (store spotless, displays well kept) and well guided. i praised the clerk for the experience before i left the store. Thank you kindly.

This place is a joke, but unfortunately, it's not funny. Why bother having would-be clients go through an 8-minutes appointment booking if you're not going to acknowledge them when they come in after checking in online, and then telling them it's going to be another 15 minutes after they ask the status after they've already been there for 10 minutes? If you don't have the bandwidth, don't take the appointment.

As stated before in the reviews the pharmacy has insanely bad communication. Went to pick a prescription at noon and they told me it wouldn't be ready until after 2pm. Went back at 2:30pm and they told me they don't have the medications in stock... wtf? A simple phone call would've been nice. Unreal.

Stopped in the drive-thru this evening to pick up medication from the pharmacy. The time was 5:55 pm and I choose the window line which had 1 car at the window. At approximately 6:03 the car pulled away from the window and as I pulled up the person working the window lowered the CLOSED pull down blind. Nice, very customer friendly and perhaps I will be choosing a new pharmacy moving forward. Thank you for helping me and others to choose a more professional location.

They txt my wifes phone and said the prescriptions were ready for pick up when I got there they said they weren’t filling prescriptions for an hour and weren’t very nice about it. Had a gentleman with a cane standing there he looked in pain and said he was txt to come pick up his prescription too and they told him the same thing! Take it for what it’s worth we won’t be back we will be going to Walgreens from now on. And I filed a formal complaint with your customer service department. Tighten it up over there. People need their prescriptions and they need to be informed correctly.

I wish I could give a zero star rating all because of the store manager, she's horrible. I don't understand how she became a manager when she won't even help customers. Her answer to everything is "call customer service" because she refused to help. I stopped by at a different location and they were willing to assist and didn't give me any problem. Heather, do yourself a favor and go find another job that's not involving helping people.

I only live a mile from here, but I always forget one thing: Don't go on a holiday. The woman who works on her days off is abysmal. She can't bother herself to come to the front when a register announces that you need help. You physically must hunt her down, and then deal with the attitude ?. It isn't worth it

Extremely disorganized pharmacy when it comes to having monthly prescriptions in stock or contacting the doctor for renewals. Some employees are competent, but too many are rude on top of the incompetence. A major knucklehead is John, who is dumber than a bag of rocks. It is a mystery how people like him are even employable, let alone in a pharmacy.
