Sue is excellent. I called about making sure my order was ready on the estimated time because I was rushing to get a special photo order in before school got out to surprise my kids. Not only did she accommodate me, but she called me back before I even called her back to ask if my order was received and could be ready on time. She also pulled my order out immediately when I arrived and knew who I was. Overall an incredibly sweet, caring, and helpful employee who I was grateful to help me today

This morning my father went to this CVS to pick up meds for my mom who is 87 years old diagnosed with Covid. The pharmacy gave him a wrong medication! He supposed to get Molnupiravir pills but he was given Fluocinonide topical solution. My father went back asking if the medicine was wrong and they said they don’t have Molnupiravir and he needed to go to another CVS to get it filled. He then drove a long way to another CVS and got the correct medicine……2.5 hours spent to get it done .

Literally the worst customer service and corporate policies I’ve ever heard of in my entire life. My husband has a wound on his foot, cannot walk and needed to pick up a prescription for said wound. They would not allow me to call in the insurance information over the phone and they would not allow him to provide it to them in the drive-through. They made my wounded diabetic husband get out of his car to walk inside the store to provide insurance information because “that’s their policy “.
Get your medication anywhere else and I wouldn’t support them for any sort of shopping at all. I will never step foot into another CVS for the rest of my life.

By far the worst place to get you medicine. It feels like they are actively trying to be as difficult as they can. When you call in you can’t talk to a pharmacist, so you drive there and they tell you you can’t add an insurance card through the drive thru, then you go inside and they say they are closing for lunch and can’t help you (actual story).

CVS made it impossible to speak to anybody on the phone in the pharmacy. Can only leave a voicemail which goes unreturned. Who can take calls while they’re at work anyways? Yet another poor choice by corporate to nosedive their brand.

This CVS store never disappoints. The6 always have the items I am specific looking for and easy to find. This store is clean and checkout super quick!

Literally the worst pharmacy on earth, it's nothing but young incompetent people that run around and don't know what's going on, just for them to tell you they don't have your prescription because it magically disappeared?? And tell you to come inside and waste your time waiting just for them to say the same thing. Hire some real pharmacists to work here, it's a joke

Here's my experience: My disabled, diabetic mom in law has been encountering avoidable obstacles. Despite ordering her medication a week ago, we've had to visit daily for her rx. Regrettably, there's a noticeable communication gap among the staff. Today marks our third trip, which is worrisome and frustrating for her health.

I was having trouble finding acidophilus, and two team members went out of their way to help me find the product. We did find it, and I so appreciated their time and effort and helping me. Happen too many places!

Terrible customer service! waited in pick up yesterday to find out two prescriptions were not included in my order. They told me to come into store to get it resolved and after waiting more than 20min. I was told they couldn't help me. Returned next day to same car pick up and waited again for more than 15 min. in line, to find out they wouldn't honor their discount coupon unless I pulled out of line and waited for 15 min. to renter the line! T bc they couldn't honor a coupon they sent Me! Three different people came to the window to confirm I had additional discounts but refused to honor the discount from the pick up window. Jovin then Monique the second attendant actually found the discount on my account and asked which prescription to apply the discount to. I told the 1st, she said okay then told me to park and come inside! She walks away and another person steps forward, what a circus!!!! Don't go there if your sick bc they have no human compassion or empathy for customers. It's all about $$$$ for them. Rotten customer service!

Wow, such bad service. I can only hope fewer mistakes are made filling the prescriptions than servicing the customers.My doc sent in a Rx. I went to pick it up but was told I need to call first. So a few days later I call and told to come in to pick it up at 11 am. I go at 11:10 am and am told they have not filled it. The woman at the pharmacy said she’ll expedite the order but it’ll take at least 40 minutes. I decide to go home and pick it up the next day. When I get home there’s a message on my phone saying Rx is ready to pick up! I feel like CVS has perfected the art of screwing around the customer. If they are as incompetent as they seem, can we be sure they know how to properly fill a prescription?

I had large wallet and nice dress on and cash in hand. Paid at the register, not self-checkout. Still - the security guard would stand at the end of each isle, and even followed me outside - asking to step away 'from a nice vehicle of another customer' even though the driver was inside the car and I was simply putting my scarf on because it was cold outside. So degrading - I came home to only be crying after trying to buy a coworker last-minute little gift.I feel so very hurt about the the whole reality of life.Thanks, CVS
