Associate working in the front register at 12:10pm on 6/17/2025 is hard working and very helpful. She needs more people to help her because she was being pulled all over the place.
Pharmacists have been reliable. Also friendly.

As a working mom preparing for a month-long trip overseas, I called this CVS in advance, confirmed with a pharmacy tech that my vital prescription would be ready the morning of my departure, and spent hours coordinating with my doctor and insurance to make it happen.
Today, I checked my account and it showed it wouldn’t be ready for another week. When I called, the pharmacists response was flat and careless: “Well, I guess we need to train people here better.” She also said the system just puts in random dates for prescription availability…how is that acceptable in healthcare?
This level of recklessness puts patients at risk. I will never use this location again, and I’m done with CVS entirely. Completely unacceptable.

This CVS is where we pick up our prescription meds and shop occasionally.
Today I went to return a supplement and I received a great service from the manager Michelle and the cashier Marcus. Thank you both for taking care of me today.
Also everyone in the pharmacy is nice & helpful. My husband said the same.

Outside of the pharmacy which is fantastic. The customer service for the store is asinine. I waited 15 minutes for help and no one is on the floor to help.

The pharmacist went through hell and back with work comp multiple times over 2 days along with me to finally get the med processed. They did this despite their packed days. From one healthcare worker to another, I truly appreciate their help.

This was a wonderful experience. I usually shop at (2) other CVS stores, they never have shopping carts, shelves empty, OTC no signage and uncaring staff. I was very impressed with this location everything was in stock, signage great and very attentive staff. All discounts/coupons were asked for and applied. The gentleman who assisted me during my visit was extremely helpful, attentive and showed he appreciated me shopping there.

They have the worst phone system on earth and it’s intentionally designed to be difficult. God forbid I actually want to speak to a pharmacist about my prescription, when I have a medical emergency and they ask why I will tell them it’s because my pharmacy would never answer my calls to answer any questions and serious concerns. Talk about a massive liability.

Your Practitioner Marina Gorbachinsky is the worst at patient care and completely ignored my needs and use the same disposable tool tip to look in my nose and my ear. It was completely unclean! She has no bed side manner never even said goodbye or she wished I felt better.

we really appreciate the staff at this location.Jared is always so helpful along with all of the counter staff. Same goes for the great pharmacist's at this location..This store is very popular and people can get a little inpatient but they try to help get people get there orders as fast as possible..Michelle and the other gentleman manager are super too
