98% of the time there’s a problem with self-service kiosk and it takes so long to get help, the full service cashiers are slow. I try to avoid this location.

They are under DEA investigation for diverting ADHD meds and other controlled substances. They dispense birth control meds up to a month late and lie to the doctor about it. If you ever get sick or injured, they will hassle you multiple times a month to refill temporary medications that are very dangerous for long-term use while refusing to fill any prescriptions that require paperwork. Common and cheap OTC meds are 4 times the cost as other retailers. Very disorganized.Many of their ableist behaviors are backed by corporate policy so it's time to join the #boycottCVS movement.

The system never works when submitting or trying to view anything in the app or websites. Long lines, prescriptions always have issues. Switching pharmacy’s. All CVS has fallen far down the rabbit hole and tired of playing their games. Not to mention whenever you place an order for pickup it gets cancelled immediately after and your rewards and coupons never get credited back to your account.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service in Las Vegas. Especially this location. They are always late and very rude when it comes to asking questions. I recommend you go to another pharmacy or if not another location at least. I don't know what it is about this location but ever since I switched. It has been nothing but problems with them. It's been about 2 years now and no improvements have been made. There's always a hiccup of some sort. They are inefficient and slow. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst pharmacy. I am not sure if there is any actual communication between pharmacist and staff, but I've had my prescription deleted from my profile, and a promise to fill thyroid medication. After explaining that I pay cash for my thyroid, they still continue to try to go through insurance (my insurance has not ever covered this medication, and have repeatedly explained this to 5 different staff at the pharmacy) and end up delaying my refill. I was promised that the pharmacist would call my doctor to replace my other deleted script, only to find that no one ever remedied the issue. Do not use this pharmacy.

Honestly very mediocre service. There has been multiple occasions where I’ve seriously been tested by these people. Bathrooms are very dirty.

The drive up pharmacy was long but it moved up rather quickly. The pharmacist was very helpful as well in answering all of my Mom's questions. Overall, great pharmacy and service.

I can see why it has 3 stars! This has got to be the worse pharmacy in town ! No communication between workers they always have issues or excuses about medications ! Definitely changing pharmacy!!

Came in today drive through wasn't open and not joking 22 people standing in line with 1 employee helping customers at pharmacy. You business sucks get it together and help people don't make them just wait in lines. Why don't you have that long of line for store checkout, because people would leave there purchase and walk out. Can't do that so easily with a prescription when a dr office send it somewhere. You know that and stick it to your customers needing prescriptions filled. Previous review I gave 3 stars, congrats today now 1 star....

I like how the pharmacist hangs up your call instead of answering it after you just waited on hold for 15 minutes. Wish it was the first time this happened.
