I was overcharged and the cashier could not be bothered. Sent me to corporate, they could not be bthered and offered no assistance for a month. I had to call them back to get results. Even then, it was evident that they don't care about my needs or concerns as a customer. Made no attempt to assist me, disregarding the problems it caused me. I hate that my prescriptions can only be filled at CVS, not a CVS fan. I'm considering taking my business to Walmart/Sam's Club. Researching prices as we speak. I can't take it anymore!!!
Just noticed that CVS does not respond to comments... that tells you a lot about a company. They do not care!!!

I scheduled a vaccine and waited 30 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone in the pharmacy.
This location look under staffed and everyone looked overwhelmed.
I ended up leaving and getting my vaccination elsewhere.

The customer service in this store is atrocious. Now you can't even speak to a person in the pharmacy you have to leave your number a message and then wait for them to bother calling you back and you can tell that it's a bother

Went to CVS on the 12 of may to buy Atkins protein bars went home tried a few days later and they didn’t taste good. Looked at boxes and two of them expired on February of 2022 I did exchange for fresher ones. But store needs to do a better job of checking inventory.

Male cashier made eye contact as we entered, but did not greet us. He greeted the person who entered after us. When I got to the register he did not say hello. He also did not say thank you. My daughter thanked him, he did not say you're welcome. Then he greeted the customer after us. Selective customer service for sure!

Worst pharmacy. The pharmacists are rude as they can get, not helpful, they are always out of stuff, very disappointing

Horrible Customer Service- REFUSED to take Good Rx as they would have to re bill- & they were going to lunch. Avoid this location.
